- SDSabene DSep 22, 20261.0I would encourage people to avoid this location if at all possible. Manager Britney has clearly created a work place and culture that is palpable. For more specifics about my experience, a lovely associate named Sarah asked said manager for assistance with my fragrance exchange. Said manager looked at her and me as though she was trapped in a maze or circular logic, as though she’d never heard the English language before, repeating over and over that she didn’t understand the question. At that moment I realized I’d have more luck taking to a shoe, I apologized to Sarah for having been spoken to with disrespect from this manager and left. Here’s some advice to her, coachable moments should be had off the floor, not open forum for customers to behold. It was clearly done intentionally by this Britney in an attempt to embarrass the young lady. All she did was embarrass herself. Sephora, do better. This woman isn’t fit to manage a self service swap meet.

I’m also extremely fussy about textures and what I put on my face, so I was honestly a little stressed going in. Jonathan was incredibly patient and took the time to find the perfect shade for me. He shared his experience with different products, durability, and even gave me some great tips and tricks to help my makeup last longer. He was also absolutely hilarious and made what could have been an overwhelming experience genuinely fun! I’m so grateful that Jonathan took the time to listen to me and never made me feel brushed off or rushed, which unfortunately has been my experience at other locations. He went above and beyond, and I left feeling confident and really happy with my experience. Thank you, Jonathan!
