Not only is she friendly and welcoming, but she also knew about every new product I wanted to try and how it would affect my skin. She went on a mission to find a body butter for me that wasn’t on the sales floor. She is so great at her job!!!

I told her what I was hoping for, general price point etc. She was SO great! She listened and found me even better at the price range I was looking for! It was an amazing experience and I will definitely return to buy more product after asking Sunny's advice! Thanks again for your kindness and patience. ***Sephora decision makers, PUHLEASE give these poor, hardworking staff a decently sized store to work out of. It's SO tiny and crammed w great products, but not enough space to peruse or ponder without having to move around to accommodate the very narrow aisles.

We asked for assistance finding a couple items and were basically told that they were somewhere in the store. We have had far better service at the Yonge and Eglinton location.

My most recent visit was the worst yet; I was told by an employee (and then by the manager) that they had to move on to the next person despite the fact that I was still actively ordering and shopping. It felt incredibly dismissive. It’s hard to shop at a store that prioritizes 'moving people along' over actual customer service." I will be taking my business elsewhere."
