- HAhelia ansariApr 18, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with Tiauna. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Customer service should always be respectful and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Tiauna seriously needs to improve her communication skills and learn how to treat customers with basic respect. I have visited many Sephora locations, and I have never encountered someone as discourteous as her. This experience did not reflect the high standards I usually associate with Sephora.

- RPRohit PaiApr 9, 20262.0Dear Management, please train your staff to make customers feel welcome. No one smiles. I went today to pick up my perfume. But didn’t have pleasant experience. The only person who was sweet is the lady at the perfume section when I went there to get a demo of the perfume I bought before the pick up. Kudos to her. However, I won’t be going to this store again. Never had such experience at any other store. I hope this will be improved.
