  I went to Sephora on 2 consecutive days to get a whole new set of makeup. I don’t wear makeup and haven’t bought it before, so it was an overwhelming experience for me to go to Sephora. On the first day I went, I was helped by a sales associate named Jemisha, but I felt like she wasn’t focussed on helping me. She kept talking on her headset while she was helping me, then left me twice in the middle of helping me get makeup to help someone else. At the end, she was insistent that I tell the cashier that she helped me and it just felt like she was rushing me off. I was feeling very unsure about all the products she suggested to me. On top of that, I discovered that the eyeliner she sold me was opened and used. I went back the next day to return the eye liner, but I also asked another sales associate to help me find makeup. I was helped by Mel and she gave me a whole different suite of makeup, tried the products on my face, and really took the time to understand my makeup needs and educated me on what would work best for me given my skin type and my experience level with makeup. Mel was so awesome and made my experience so much better - I just wish my experience with Jemisha could’ve been positive as well.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Tiauna. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Customer service should always be respectful and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Tiauna seriously needs to improve her communication skills and learn how to treat customers with basic respect. I have visited many Sephora locations, and I have never encountered someone as discourteous as her. This experience did not reflect the high standards I usually associate with Sephora.

  I had such a positive experience thanks to Nush! She took the time to understand my preferences and walked me through different options without rushing me. I ended up finding products I absolutely love. Super friendly and professional—would definitely come back!

  The representative with Dior named Kezim? Sorry I think I butchered his name but he helped me a lot pick up some Dior products! Great guy all around

  Dear Management, please train your staff to make customers feel welcome. No one smiles. I went today to pick up my perfume. But didn’t have pleasant experience. The only person who was sweet is the lady at the perfume section when I went there to get a demo of the perfume I bought before the pick up. Kudos to her. However, I won’t be going to this store again. Never had such experience at any other store. I hope this will be improved.
