- ZZZoë6 days ago5.0The staff found the time to help even while the store was flooded with customers, and they were wonderful to talk to and so kind and helpful. I got some lip stain for half off during an event and ended up buying a multiple month supply.

I visited this Sephora location to redeem my Birthday Reward, but unfortunately the cashier was impatient and made the interaction feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated experience for me. I’ve encountered unfriendly customer service at Sephora on multiple occasions.

But Hanieh completely nailed it. She made me look absolutely phenomenal, but in a way where I still felt like myself, just elevated. She explained every single step as she went and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable with how it was looking. Honestly, it was the best experience I've ever had getting my makeup done. If you can book with her, do it

Anyways, went to the store after 1 hour, a little bit earlier than 2 hours and politely asked if they could process it as I live in the east end and they looked me dead in the face and said "we cannot do that". I said "well can you escalate it to the team in the back and tell them it's urgent, it would help a lot".... She looks even more confused and tells me no that's not possible. Lmao. The bare basics of customer service cannot even be met. They're lucky I needed it tonight and they're lucky they offer klarna. No other way I'm ever going back there. I'd give it zero stars after that experience. How slow can one really be.
