    I usually don’t post reviews but a few days ago I got some advice from Nadia, hopefully that’s the right spelling because she deserves every bit of this appreciation! I’m older and just starting my makeup journey now because honestly I haven’t really needed it after having a kid and turning 30 those dark circles just won’t stop 😅 Nadia was really sweet and took her time and probably answered some of the silliest questions all while being sweet about it and boosting my confidence! I’ve just learned powder and two days and I can visibly see the difference at the end of the day!!! So much less oil 🥹😭 Sooo grateful because she told me she’s not even on commission and yet spent almost probably half an hour to help me refresh my makeup routine for the next little bit! Cashiers were sweet too and the store is beautiful if you love makeup this is a must visit!

    Took an item to return/exchange to this location on 6/8/26 at approx. 1810hrs and they would not accept it. It took over 3 staff members to inspect it and they stated the colour was off insinuating I’ve done something to the product. They said they’ve never seen it look like that before. Come to find out, after reading up reviews online, several users experienced the same thing. They really need to do their research on products before blaming the customer. Already reached out to customer service.

    Tara was absolutely amazing! She took the time to work with me one-on-one, helping me find the perfect shade matches and recommending products that suited my skin and makeup goals. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both skincare and makeup, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I learned so much about product application and how to use different products effectively. What stood out most was how patient, attentive, and genuinely invested she was in making sure I found the right products rather than just making a sale. Her expertise and customer service were exceptional, and she made my Sephora experience enjoyable and stress-free. Tara is truly great at her job, and I would highly recommend seeking her out if you need help in-store!

    I rarely leave reviews, and I’ve never felt the need to write one for Sephora before. However, this experience upset me enough that I felt compelled to share it. The sales associate who initially helped me was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, when I spoke with the manager (the tall woman with long hair), the experience changed completely. She came across as dismissive, gave me an attitude, and even rolled her eyes during our conversation like she lazy to talk to me. I felt disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I don’t usually complain, but this interaction genuinely frustrated me. The associate provided excellent customer service, which made the manager’s behavior even more disappointing. I hope Sephora looks into this because no customer should feel dismissed or disrespected when seeking assistance.

    Every single time I have come into this store, I feel so completely out of place. Most employees will not greet you or ask if you need any help, they just act like they’re better than you and watch your every move like you’re plotting to steal. That being said, I do have to give 5 stars because I have never left this store feeling happy until today, and it was entirely because of my experience with Vagida. She was so patient and kind and was actually trying to help me instead of rushing me or making me feel annoying. You can tell she knows what she’s talking about AND actually enjoys helping customers and wants them to leave happy. I have NEVER received anything near this kind of assistance at this store before and i’ve been here way too many times. You seriously need more employees like her. I’m truly not exaggerating when i say i was appalled at how kind she was, something i never expected from this location. This is the kind of customer service that makes people actually want to come back and spend money here. She’s doing everything right.
