I have a bad experience at Sephora Sherway gardens I’m usually there once a week to shop. But today August 25th I returned my Ordinary milk toner because it’s smell like vinegar. When I was in the cashier returning my item this lady in the cashier was very rude to me. I forgot her name but while Im returning my item this lady the way she talk to me is not nice very rude. She talk very fast and I can’t hear what she’s saying coz the sorrounding is so loud. Also she asked me to show her my credit card full number at the back of my credit card even I showed her my official receipt I work in the customer service so I know how to be kind and nice to all my customers. .

My friend and I visited this Sephora location on August 19 around 11:50 a.m. for the Pop-Up event. We were confused about where it was being held and joined a line we saw forming near the Pop-Up sign. A worker named Victoria approached us and, in a very rude and unwelcoming tone, said, “What?” When we explained that we were there for the Pop-Up, she only told us that we needed to spend $125 for the free gift and then walked away. She did not tell us that the actual Pop-Up was being held outside, which would have been helpful. What made the experience worse was seeing Victoria interact with other customers afterward. She was smiling, laughing, and engaging with them, while our interaction felt completely different. We also saw another employee going around giving certain customers free products and saying, “I’m going to give this specially to you,” which made the experience feel even more disappointing. Overall, we left feeling very unwelcome and disappointed with the customer service we received. I hope Sephora takes this feedback seriously.

I had a disappointing experience at the Sherway Gardens location due to the customer service I received. From the moment I asked a simple question, the employee's tone came across as dismissive and annoyed rather than welcoming or helpful. Throughout my visit, I felt uncomfortable because she followed us around the store, making it feel like we were being watched instead of assisted. Another employee also directed us to a different checkout while we were already next in line, which added to the uncomfortable experience. I understand retail can be busy, but I expect Sephora employees to treat customers with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.

I had a wonderful experience with Trinity D! I was traveling abroad for a wedding and wanted to update my makeup, learn a few new techniques, and purchase some products that would work well for me. Trinity was absolutely fantastic. She is knowledgeable and especially skilled at working with mature skin. She took the time to show me what worked best for my skin and features, while creating an updated look that still felt natural. She also helped me choose products that I felt confident I could recreate the look with on my own while traveling.. Trinity was warm, friendly and funny! She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, and I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase products I didn’t need. I left feeling great about my updated look and confident about doing my own makeup for the wedding. I would absolutely recommend Trinity D, particularly to anyone with mature skin who is looking to refresh their makeup routine and learn what really works for them. Such a great experience!

This has been my home Sephora store for the past seven years, and I’ve always had positive experiences. The store is organized, and most of the associates are kind and friendly. Unfortunately, one interaction with a manager, Joanna, completely changed that. From the moment I walked up to the register, I felt unwelcome. I greeted her, but she didn’t acknowledge me. Instead, she immediately told me to enter my phone number in a tone that felt rude and dismissive. I was returning two lip balms that I had purchased on Wednesday, tried twice over two days, and returned on Friday because they were too drying and one had started melting in my bag. Joanna looked at them and said she wouldn’t accept the return because they looked “overused.” I calmly explained that they had only been tried twice and that the slight shift in one balm was likely from the heat, which was one of the reasons I was returning it as I didn’t want the potential mess in my bags. She repeatedly told me that, as the manager, she had the right to refuse the return. I respectfully stood my ground because I genuinely believed the products met Sephora’s return policy. What hurt the most wasn’t just the disagreement, it was the way I was treated. I felt spoken to with disrespect and humiliated in front of other customers over a $19 lip balm, while I was also planning to purchase about $150 worth of other products. The stress and anxiety became so overwhelming that I started having a medical episode. My blood pressure dropped, I felt like I was going to faint, and I was standing there pregnant, feeling humiliated. The experience left me shaken. I was so anxious afterward (still am days after) that I asked my husband to come with me when I had to return to the mall the next day. It’s heartbreaking because this has always been my home store, but I may have to shop at another location until I feel comfortable again. I’m genuinely sad, hurt, and disappointed that a single interaction could erase seven years of positive experiences. The 2 starts are for the friendly people there.
