  Today I spent over 400CAD on my stuff at this store even the lady in cashier refused to give me an extra bag. Obviously this items for gifts and I just need one bag she refused. One of the worst customer service I ever had. Thank you for your service guys

  They suggest to discount your points and they do not mention that if you did and decided Redeem the points and you wanted to return or to replace the product you will lose whatever amount of points that you discount discounted so I redeem $20 and I got sensitivity to the product and that it refused to return back the points they should’ve mentioned when they suggested to redeem the points

  The Sephora is a Sephora, good stuff as always. The staff is super helpful, and not in a pushy sales type of way. They know what they are talking about.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Sherway Gardens location. I visited recently hoping for a quick trip to grab a fragrance. Both times I needed assistance, staff members acknowledged me but completely failed to follow through. One employee said she would help in a minute, but it took her too long . It feels like the staff act more like security guards than retail associates, ignoring customers who actually want to buy something, while spending all their time chatting with people who aren't making purchases. Honestly, the service here drives customers away. I’ve had much better, more attentive experiences at Shoppers Drug Mart, where staff actually engage and help you find what you need. This location is just a disappointment!
