They tell you to go online to redeem it (where you have to pay $25+ to do so). This place NEVER honours the birthday gift.

She was incredibly respectful, kind, and patient with me, even though I was being a little hard headed. :) I really appreciate her taking the time to help me and making it easier Thank you so much.

Usmita is incredible and very knowledgeable about product, and all of the staff are very well-trained on leaving you alone until you want them to interact with you; my complements to the manager!! No constant fending off of staff while you’re exploring, and no needing to wait ages for someone to have time for you once you are ready for assistance. The store is sufficiently staffed for how many customers are in there on a normal day. The staff are unrushed and engaged. The only Sephora I will go to now.
