  No wonder why this place has terrible reviews. customer service here is terrible! Can’t judge everyone but i asked one of the employees about a specific product and brand, first they mocked that i mispronounced the word, second they said it is in the skincare section and pointed west. I actually had to search for that brand myself! What was a point of asking. Come on!

  I have been going to Sephora for quite some time, and while my experience have been otherwise pleasant and bearable, I got the best customer service today. Leah @yonge and eglinton was patient , respectful, attentive , it was obvious that she was passionate about her job and providing best recommendation for me. I have tried to get recommendation on my previous visit, it was never tailored to my specific skin tone, thank you Leah.

  I recently visited Sephora, Yonge and Eglinton Center Location and I wanted to share both the positives and one area that could be improved. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. I also appreciated how neat and inviting the displays looked. However, I felt uncomfortable during my visit because an employee came and stood very close behind me while I was shopping, even though I hadn’t asked for assistance. I understand that employees are there to help customers, but I would have appreciated a little more personal space to browse comfortably. Overall, I enjoy shopping at Sephora and appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining such a clean and welcoming store. I hope the team can continue providing excellent service while also giving customers enough space to shop at their own pace.

  Easily the worst Sephora location I've been to. The cashiers and staff are unresponsive and unnecessarily rude. Whenever you ask a question, they respond with total attitude instead of being helpful. I will gladly travel further to another store just to avoid shopping here again.

  The staff were very rude and impatient when answering my questions about the products. In particular, a staff member named Emie was quite unhelpful and unfriendly. Unfortunately, her attitude made my shopping experience very unpleasant.
