I literally spent an hour rotating from isle to isle trying to look for someone who can explain about some skincare products but unfortunately I couldn’t be able to find anyone interested. They all have this non approachable face look, and an attitude, I think they hate their job, I don’t know how it’s even possible to have all this staff who act the same way which is unprofessionally and with the most rudeness I’ve ever seen in my life. The reason I go to a store is because I need the help of a beauty advisor, so that they can help me wiz the information I don’t have but instead ,I have to google everything by myself in order to get the information I was looking for , if I knew this was the case, I might as well order it online. It’s so sad, when I finally got one person who I thought was willing to talk to me, she literally started walking away while I was talking to her. It’s unbelievable. Not that I think they care but, This will be the last time I will ever visit their store. I’ve never seen a whole bunch of staff who is not helpful, rude and unprofessional in all my life. U guys need to do so much better. When I checked out, the cashier ask me if anyone was helping me, I laughed. If there is a camera in the store, please take a look at it so that u can see how the staff react with customers for yourself. BAD! BAD! BAD! Customer service ever!!!
