  I am a frequent shopper to say the least, I visit multiple times a week as I take the train to and from work. This morning I checked the app, it said you have the stock, I went into the store. I checked the gondola, it is not there... luckily there was an employee right next to me I asked if she can check from this specific shade in the Rare Beauty liquid blush... she points to what I already checked and says it is not there. I said can you check the drawer, she sighed is if I was annoying... there was very little stock in the drawer, half of it was not upright (fallen over) so neither of us could tell if it was in the drawer, but she did not look further. I left the store unimpressed and while walking to my office did a pick up order, and guess what is in stock! Yup, so I will be back again to day to pick up what was always in stock but just too much effort for someone to actively care and the minimum of there job and check. This lack effort took place at 8AM, 5-14-26, at the Rare Beauty gondola, shouldn't be difficult to find out who and coach appropriately.

  Had such a lovely experience at Sephora Union today. I usually shop online because honestly, most in-store experiences haven’t felt very welcoming and sometimes I’ve felt treated poorly, which made me avoid shopping in person altogether. But today was completely different. The staff member who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, respectful, and made me feel genuinely comfortable. The cashier was amazing too — super friendly and warm. It was the first time I actually enjoyed shopping in-store at Sephora, so thank you for making the experience feel so positive and welcoming 💖

  I had such a lovely experience with Monica at the Sephora inside Union Station! She gave me the most beautiful soft glam look, natural, flawless, and exactly what I wanted. She was professional, kind, and made the whole experience feel so fun and comfortable. I absolutely loved the final look and can’t wait to book with her again. Thank you, Monica! 💕

  The cashier was extremely rude to me , especially considering I came in for an exchange that was broken. I had’nt realized that I had to find the replacement myself, she was very rude about it and as soon as I turned, she called me a dumbass in front of everyone, continued to be mean and dismissive but then was extremely nice to the person next to me, who was light skinned. This cashier was an African American!? Not sure but a person of colour too, her difference of treatment on the bases of my skin colour was disappointing.

  SHOUTOUT TO TAMMY Ok I just left the store and had an amazing experience with -Tammy- one of their associates, she out of the question gave me amazing customer service interaction. Tammy helped me go through multiple options of foundation til I found one that matched my skin tone incredibly! Plus the fact that I am a dude and she was so nice!
