I had a very disappointing experience at Sephora (Union Station) due to the customer service I received from the manager, Catherine and the associate that kept inserting comments as if she was the manager’s spokesperson. Instead of listening to my concerns and trying to understand my perspective, she came across as dismissive, rude, and had an unprofessional attitude throughout the interaction and alluded that I was engaging in fraudulent activity.
As a customer, I wasn’t expecting special treatment—I simply wanted to be heard and treated with respect. Unfortunately, Catherine seemed unwilling to listen or empathize with the situation. Her tone and demeanor made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter, and rather than working toward a solution, she made the experience even more frustrating. I definitely won’t be shopping here again.
Customer service should be about professionalism, respect, and finding solutions, especially from someone in a management position. Sadly, this interaction fell far below those expectations. I left feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer. I sincerely hope Sephora addresses this, as no customer should leave feeling dismissed or disrespected after asking for help.

I had an excellent experience with Tatiana while preparing for an important job interview.
Her makeup artistry is truly exceptional. With her extensive professional experience, she has an outstanding eye for detail, precision, and color matching. The final result was genuinely impressive.
Tatiana is highly skilled, professional, and attentive, but she's also warm, personable, and genuinely fun to talk to.

I stopped in quickly before a flight to buy an emergency travel makeup brush set that was showing as in stock online on my way to Union. I was surprised to learn that they store lots of stock off site and couldn’t have it ready in any less than an hour. I am now 20 mins delayed for my flight because I uselessly stopped in. The Sephora app doesn’t accurately reflect their stock. I won’t shop this location again.

i commute to uni and work everyday which means i visit union station every day. as a punctual person sometimes i reach union station earlier in the day, or some times i get off earlier after work and when i have a bit of spare time i like going to sephora and trying out the products im interested. by trying out i mean a couple swatches here and there. im also a mindful consumer so i like ben g sure about what im going to purchase with my hard earned money. and when i find a product i really like, i purchase it . in fact i purchased a 70$ blush last week. with this being said, i do not like being followed by this one security guard every time i walk in. he follows me and walks behind me, without fail. every . single. time. frankly, it’s disrespectful and dehumanizing and really puts a bad taste in my mouth. i would appreciate if this didn’t happen. it really takes away from my shopping and browsing experience. the staff on the floor itself are super helpful and kind though, and are always happy to answer any questions i have.

The experience I had trying to buy my mom a perfume in this Sephora was the worst experience I ever had trying to buy a perfume. You would think the workers want to help you and make you try different scents or even try to get you the perfume you are trying to buy but no. I asked for help 3 times and the first time they didn’t have the perfume I am trying to buy. I understand not having the perfume but my problem was the girl kept leaving me standing and I would have to call her again by asking one of the workers to help me when they were busy which I understand them being busy but that worker was not busy and she would leave me unless I would call for her and she wouldn’t help me buy when I am clearly going to buy she would just leave me. I then asked again for third time and then I heard her say she doesn’t want to come again to the other worker who was putting in the products. For your information I wasn’t even rude to her i didn’t talk much, I just asked her to get me perfume because they have them locked in lockers. Whenever I would ask they wouldn’t have the one I am choosing so I would try to change it but she left two times and you know third time she didnt even want to come. I wish I went to shoppers instead.
