  I went to this location on my birthday to get my free bd gift. The employees were very rude and didn’t even say happy birthday once. Not even a smile. They wouldn’t give my free sample until they fully verified my email🤦‍♀️ Not satisfied with their behaviour 👎

  I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Aleshia! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the right products without making me feel rushed, and made the whole shopping experience so enjoyable.

  I was just waiting on hold for 20 minutes to speak with an associate from this store to ask a question before coming in, and instead of them eventually picking up, my line simply disconnected, it must have been dropped due to time or something of the sort as I don’t want to assume they purposely hung it up. Sadly didn’t have the chance to check this location out yet, but most likely won’t be based on this and other reviews about associates attentiveness to customers.

  Very disappointing experience. It’s worth walking the 10 minutes to the Union Station Sephora for better service. I’ve been a Rouge member for over a decade and have shopped at Sephoras all over the world, including this location, where I’ve had much better experiences in the past (seems like the team has changed). I’ve never experienced service this poor, and I’ll be avoiding this location despite it being the closest to my home. Over the course of about two hours, I went in and out of the store 3+ times while researching sunscreens and spent probably more than 30 minutes there, and not a single employee smiled at me or offered to help. It was not even busy for service to not have been offered, and most people around me seemed to have been approached by employees offering help at least once whereas I didn’t really get ANY friendly vibes AT ALL. Malakai was the only exception - I did have to approach him myself but super friendly (even complimented my purse), kind, and very knowledgeable about sunscreen! If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have purchased anything. The checkout experience was probably the worst part. The cashier didn’t confirm my name, ask if I found everything okay or even offer me bag for what I had just purchased. She just handed me my products, said “You’ll get your receipt through email.” and walked away. I actually went after her to tell her that the customer service had been poor except for Malakai and she smiled cynically and said, “We’re happy to hear about your experience with us today” and walked away again. It was a very odd and uncomfortable response.
