  The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the sales girl Shaleena, she was so pleasant, soft energy, and observant. Unlike the other girls that literally popped up behind you like they’re a puma about to attack screaming ANYTHING I CAN HELP YOU WITH?! You say no thank you but they keep talking, like robots. Shaleena also noticed my mom & I waiting for over 20 mins to check-out and offered to help us with express check-out, plus it was my moms bday so she reminded her of the Sephora bday gift & showed her the options. She was so polite, genuine & informative. Her makeup was PERFECT too in comparison to the caked clowns you have walking around. If you’re joining the circus the other sales girls would be great, but if you’re going for soft energy, natural glow & no pressure to buy, ask for Shaleena! I’m sorry if I spelled her name wrong.

  Jane was an excellent manager who heard exactly what I needed and called in Maya who quickly helped me find what I wanted. The cashier was also lovely. It's only 3 stars because one person spoke rudely to me as I was cashing out, the other manager on duty. Loved the rest of the team though.

  Really like this Sephora at The Well. The store is always clean and organized, and they usually have everything in stock. Staff are friendly, and the Pandora associate is especially great — she’s always nice and super helpful. Wait times aren’t bad, and pickup is quick and easy. Overall just a really smooth shopping experience.
