  I think her name was Gabriella but she did an amazing job helping me pick out some things for my fiance! Really appreciate her taking the time to explain the products to me to make sure I got the right things.

  This store only cares about you if you are buying new products. They will not help you if you need a straight exchange. The management is incompetent and doesn’t know how to run a line, a till or customer service. It doesn’t matter if you spend thousands of dollars every year here. They do not care about you.

  There’s this management/ cashier lady at the main checkout giving some serious attitude issues which isn’t welcoming, ruining the whole experience for me. I was there for my pick up order and she seemed rude not welcoming at all.

  I attended this Sephora today. I had asked for assistance with finding a product and one of the sales associates asked her manager to assist her. The manager has to be among the rudest staff members I have come across at Sephora. She spoke down to her colleague, did not address me as the customer and barked orders at her associate. This was overall uncomfortable to be around. She was storming around the store and was observably rude to other staff. I mentioned how uncomfortable I was with my observations to the girl who checked me out and she confirmed I’m not the only person that has complained. Sephora needs to check in on the manager on duty today around 3-4 pm. She was wearing a black blazer. She is not serving the Sephora brand and needs to be spoken to about customer service.
