  I visited the MAC Cosmetics store yesterday evening, October 2, at around 7:20 p.m. to pick up my birthday gift. I approached a customer service representative with long, open hair and red lipstick (I’m sorry, I didn’t get her name). I explained that I was there to pick up my birthday gift, and she told me that she would help me. However, she never came back to assist me. I waited for approximately 15 minutes, and although she saw me waiting, she attended to another customer who had arrived after me. I found this very disappointing and felt ignored as a customer. Fortunately, another customer service representative with her hair tied back assisted me very quickly. I really appreciated her prompt and helpful service. I’m sharing this feedback because while I was happy with the assistance I eventually received, I was quite disappointed by the way I was initially treated. I hope the store can look into this and ensure that customers are acknowledged and assisted in a timely and respectful manner.

  This branch is very slow, and orders are often delivered late and incorrectly. I believe management should review and improve their operations and customer service.

  July 28, 2026 I came into the store in search for specific colors of lipstick during the lipstick sale. My sales person was Joshua and Joshua’s service was amazing going above and beyond even for just a few things. I only mentioned a few details of what I was looking for and Josh knew exactly what it was. I appreciate the time taken with me, the professionalism and true love of the art that makes the whole experience exciting! I am from Saskatchewan but when I come back to Toronto, I will be coming back to this store! Thank you Joshua from Krista.

  Recently I went to in to Mac to purchase a new Studio Fix Powder Foundation. Shanice told me I could purchase a refill. Shanice was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! I had an amazing experience! Thank you Shanice! :)
