  July 28, 2026 I came into the store in search for specific colors of lipstick during the lipstick sale. My sales person was Joshua and Joshua’s service was amazing going above and beyond even for just a few things. I only mentioned a few details of what I was looking for and Josh knew exactly what it was. I appreciate the time taken with me, the professionalism and true love of the art that makes the whole experience exciting! I am from Saskatchewan but when I come back to Toronto, I will be coming back to this store! Thank you Joshua from Krista.

  Recently I went to in to Mac to purchase a new Studio Fix Powder Foundation. Shanice told me I could purchase a refill. Shanice was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! I had an amazing experience! Thank you Shanice! :)

  Josh is such a lovely salesman! I went in because I wanted to get the new makeup wipes, and he was such a lovely breath of fresh air! So kind, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back when we come back to this mall! :) The other lady who was doing the makeup was also so kind, welcoming us and letting us know that they’ll be with us shortly which I appreciated as I know they were busy :) Great customer service from both these lovely team members and I will definitely be back :)
