- TSTyler Stoday1.0Sadly I had a really negative experience with a lady that had red hair tied up. I think she said her name was Erin or Ellen. Really rude, passive aggressive, obviously didn't feel like working today. I miss the old manager of this location. She was really nice. Hopefully someone can talk to this associate

Emily helped plan the event and was so thorough with options and choices to make the party great. Matthew was the best party host we could have asked for! From the moment the girls came in, they were engaged, entertained, listened to and filled with a truly joyous and fun time! Thank you guys for making it such a special and memorable day for our girl and her friends! I have already recommended it as a great party option for my mom friends! Thanks, team! You guys rock!

She was absolutely wonderful and incredibly friendly! 😊 I already had a product in mind that I wanted to buy, but RIKA introduced me to other products with similar scents, as well as ones that would pair well with what I was looking for. She also let me smell and try different options, which gave me the chance to compare so many products I hadn’t even considered before! When I told her what kinds of scents I usually prefer, she even took the time to check the ingredients on the products and recommend ones that matched my preferences. I really appreciated how thoughtful and knowledgeable she was. Even though it was shortly after opening, she was so energetic, welcoming, and enthusiastic. She made the whole shopping experience genuinely enjoyable. Thank you, RIKA! 😊 And finally, LUSH has a points/rewards system now — yay! 🎉 RIKA also took the time to explain how it works in detail, and thanks to her, I was able to earn my first points during this visit. :) The Eaton Centre location is always busy and crowded, but the staff here consistently manage to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I always leave with a positive experience whenever I visit. Another great visit, and I’ll definitely be back!
