  OMG OMG!!! The body scrub is soooo good! It made my skin smooth and cured my acne!!!! I recommend the BIGGEST size!

  I am beyond disappointed with Lush products. This is now the second time one of their products has permanently ruined expensive clothing. Their Apple Body Cream permanently stained multiple white clothing items green. I tried everything, including professional dry cleaning, and the stains never came out. I then used their Coffee Face Scrub, and a few small splashes landed on my pink Hugo Boss shirt. I treated the stains immediately, soaked the shirt, used stain removers, and washed it exactly according to the care instructions. The stains are still there. I have never experienced anything like this with skincare products from any other brand. Skincare products should not permanently stain clothing from incidental contact, especially products sold at premium prices. If these products can permanently damage fabric so easily, customers deserve a very clear warning before purchasing. I have now lost expensive clothing because of Lush products. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be purchasing from Lush again. I strongly encourage anyone buying these products to be extremely careful, because if they get on your clothing, you may not be able to remove the stains.

  I recently held my daughter's 11th birthday party at Lush Eaton Centre and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The store managers (Emily and Erin) were extremely helpful and responsive in planning the party, providing tons of information over phone and email. The party itself was just fabulous. The staff who hosted our party, Haadiya and Aurora (and Emily) were so fun, energetic and upbeat - the kids loved them, and they expertly managed and guided 10 girls through all the activities - no small feat! I was really impressed with the party set-up and how special the staff made it all feel. The kids had a blast. Would highly recommend a Lush party!

  This store is amazing. I haven’t been back to lush for very very long time, I used to buy them when I was in high school. And I wasn’t even planning to go in today, but the demo girls outside were very welcoming and the sales person was even better. I ended up buying something again after 10 years

  I need to give a shoutout to Salem! They were so sweet and helpful when I was in the other day. The helped me find something that my sensitive skin could tolerate, and were a great person to chat with! Best experience I’ve ever had at a Lush, entirely because they took the time to hear out my needs and concerns. I was also visiting with some students, who they were so good with as well! Truly such a great person.
