  As a long time fan of Lush who lost my local store in Brazil, whenever I get the chance to visit somewhere I can find a Lush store, I have to get in and just enjoy. I always start with that to let the staff know that I'll probably take a long time and they don't need to worry and can focus on other clients so I don't keep them waiting. When I visited, Mira was the loveliest incredible person to show things around, while also giving me the time to check every single thing they had. And she would come back from time to time to show me the next best thing with such excitement that reminded me why I literally cried the day I learned Lush was shutting down in Brazil. I was around town for the Rush concerts and she showed me a glitter mist so I could shine while in the concert, glow in the dark spooky soaps and the most amazing bath bombs... The cherry on top was when I was choosing a wrap for my mother's gift and she took a beautiful scarf and said: "This one is beautiful, but not sure your mom is an Aries tough". AND SHE IS!! It felt like talking to a long time best friend the time I spent there. Lush around the world has an incredible customer service, but this store right here, definitely won my heart. I would also like to extend my compliments to all the other girls on the staff, asking me how the trip was, wishing me a good concert and genuinely being so nice - not just to me, but everyone that was there. I had the best time and would recommend anyone not only searching for the best products but looking for a lesson of how to enchant your customers to visit this store. I'll be rooting to be able to come back to Toronto soon and this store will definitely be a must-go-place!

  The staff are always helpful and friendly. The store layout is designed really well. I really like their sustainability and focus on natural ingredients. Love you guys

  Love coming here! Customer service is the best, so friendly and helpful 💜 Plus, my doggo likes coming **he gets a treat, photo is just for sillyness**

  Went there this past Saturday (aug 1) and was greeted by friendly staff immediately! I was just looking initially, however I've been searching for a glitter spray/body lotion for summer- Adele (I hope i got it right) was absolutely amazing with helping me and she 💎DAZZLED💎 me in glitter head to toe with the demo products- I bought them both! She was so sweet to chat with, I wanted to start working just to stay longer! Great staff here, and cute store🩷 if im ever back in the area i will 100% be stopping in again
