He followed me around the store and felt like I was being watched. What’s with the environment here, this store has gone downhill. Will not be shopping here again

She understood exactly what we were trying to do without needing much explanation. Thoughtful, professional, and genuinely helpful — I’m so glad she assisted us today. 11/10
