I came back to this store just because Nicco was here. I believe she is the best staff at this store. While other times I had very unpleasant experiences with other staffs that made me really hesitant to come here even though the location was very convenient for me, I always have great experience with Nicco. Her voice is soft, her friendly smile is welcoming and the best is that she understands what I need, neither pushy nor salesy at all. She also helps to wrap my gifts nicely. And I always feel satisfied with my purchase. Thanks a lot, Nicco!

I have been coming to this location for Years. It used to be that the staff was lovely, helpful if needed. My last few visits however were not the case. When I go in, it's usually to replenish my hand cream. I take a beat, decide if I need 1 or 2, (always keeping the conversation light)then with them in hand, place my empty tub on the counter, pay and leave. This time however, the sales associate seemed annoyed that I was even there. As always, put the empty tube down, Again annoyed, even a little ticked. When I asked where the vessel was where they put said tubes, she said something so far under her breath, I just kept talking. Then she said, "So I guess you want the 10% off?" As though it was going to break her bank! I took a breath, said yes, gave her my number, paid and left! Listen, I've worked in retail/customer service all my life, I know that it's for the most part a thankless job. However, if you are having a bad day, leave it at the door, Especially when you are representing a brand such as this!!

Very attentive and welcoming staff. I didn’t have the experience with the blonde employee “Britney” that some other reviews mentioned, so my visit was actually very positive. The associate listened carefully to what I was looking for, recommended products based on my needs, and in the end I purchased exactly what she suggested after comparing a few options in the store. She was very responsive, quick to help, and also recommended adding a lip balm to qualify for a free gift set, which was a nice bonus. Good location and overall a really pleasant shopping experience.

It is a pity the store got rid of refill fountain but I was still happy to purchase my shampoo and that I was helped by Thi who is a very nice person and prefessional when helping clients. Thank You.

Britney was just awful. I went in to buy something and she gave me an awful glare. In my experience she is very unfriendly. I asked for her name before I left because I never been treated like that in any store from Toronto.
