- KMKyle MDec 3, 20192.0The store itself is pretty standard, no issues there, decent location yadda yadda.. my issue is with the heavier set Asian employee in glasses. As I entered the store I overheard her suggesting to a customer that Costco (and amazon) are better places to buy L'Occitane products.. no issue there for me. But as I paid for my creams she said "omg I cant stand that dog outside" I informed her that it was my girlfriends, which I figured would have shut her up, but instead she continued to talk to the original customer about just how annoying she finds dogs and about how she called animal services on her neighbor's dog.. it was a highly embarrassing and disrespectful behavior, and I feel she is a terrible representative in customer service for such an established company. I will not be going back to this location so long as she works there.
