  The customer service was barely anything there. I went there before 15mjns closing, they don’t have tea left. The kettle and cups are display on the table. She has no intention to refill that either. I found her a bit lazy and loose at job. I got there two times, every time I walked in I caught her in surprise? Does it that speak enough :)

  I was told I would get a birthday present for my purchase on my birday month and ended up being charged for my own gift. Turns out the 10% off I was getting for returning an empty container cancelled my right to get a birthday present and got charged for something I didn't even agree to buy. I had to go back to the store and get a return... very unpleasant experience.

  I am not usually someone who leaves reviews, however, it felt necessary after the experience I had today. Upon walking in, I was not greeted and completely dismissed. I was the only one in the store at this time, until another lady came in (more formally dressed than myself) and was immediately tended to. As somebody who works in sales, I was taken aback by the judgmental nature of the two sales associates. I was interested in purchasing the new Crème Brûlée body mist as it is not yet out at Sephora. As I tested out the new scent, I was uncomfortably watched (yet not even acknowledged) the entire time. To alleviate the awkwardness I tried having a conversation with the associates about the new scents and they both seemed very annoyed as if they were waiting for me to leave. Considering I have seen MANY reviews with similar contents to mine, this is definitely an issue management should look into. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and I will be sure to purchase the product when it is released in SEPHORA!

  the reason I give 2 stars is their customer service. The manager needs to pay more attention to the staff they hire. The staff were not so polite. Their body language and facial expressions were so offensive. Like we are bothering them. I asked 2 questions she seemed really bothered. I wanted to shop a few items, just left the store and got them from another store.

  Pei was super helpful and gave me samples of items I was trying in the store. The best experience I’ve had at a L’Occitane store yet!
