  the reason I give 2 stars is their customer service. The manager needs to pay more attention to the staff they hire. The staff were not so polite. Their body language and facial expressions were so offensive. Like we are bothering them. I asked 2 questions she seemed really bothered. I wanted to shop a few items, just left the store and got them from another store.

  Pei was super helpful and gave me samples of items I was trying in the store. The best experience I’ve had at a L’Occitane store yet!

  Very disappointing experience. I clearly mentioned several times that I was purchasing a gift set, but the packaging was done very carelessly. The gift box was not properly secured and kept opening. A wrinkled ribbon that was already lying on the counter (and clearly previously used) was used to tie the package, which is completely unacceptable for a gift. The overall attitude felt careless and unprofessional. The products themselves are of good quality, but the level of customer service and attention to detail does not match the brand at all.

  Such a beautiful and clean store. I really enjoyed being able to try out some of the products—the scents are soft and long-lasting. Zara was lovely and provided great service.
