  Extremely unfriendly employee working on October 11, 2025. Tall Caucasian woman with dirty blonde/ brown hair / bigger build / age in her 30’s was very dismissive to me about tester (was completely empty and I wanted to test out hand serum) she said it was not possible to try it then.

  I had a life changing experience here (not kidding!). Michelle helped me find a great combination of products for my life long frizz. My frzz is finally dead. WHat not have i tried in last 15 years for it but could not find anything that really helped me. Michelle helped identify the type of products that will suit my hair type. She was so patient to walk me through many products, help me try them on at the store. Moreover, she was genuinely trying to make sure i do not over purchase items that i do not need. She also guided me on how I can get max points from my purchase. Highly recommend the store! Nothing is perfect... What the store can improve - have more sample options (in original packaging) that Aveda offers with purchases.

  Avoid buying products here from Tula, if you want to have a chance for an exchange or refund. She refused to do a refund for me twice, claiming that their machines weren’t working but somehow they were able to sell, just not refund both times? I came back 30 minutes later and another employee there processed the refund for me. I don’t appreciate being lied to, especially when I had to go in twice to simply return a product. Never shopping here again.
