    Dishonest store. Picked up an order here, missing one free sample when I ordered 4 with $65+, will have the order deliver next time. Not a pleasant store anyway.

    I had a life changing experience here (not kidding!). Michelle helped me find a great combination of products for my life long frizz. My frzz is finally dead. WHat not have i tried in last 15 years for it but could not find anything that really helped me. Michelle helped identify the type of products that will suit my hair type. She was so patient to walk me through many products, help me try them on at the store. Moreover, she was genuinely trying to make sure i do not over purchase items that i do not need. She also guided me on how I can get max points from my purchase. Highly recommend the store! Nothing is perfect... What the store can improve - have more sample options (in original packaging) that Aveda offers with purchases.

    Jade was so friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through every single step that I ended up buying the whole set she showed me! Edit: finally got around to using them and everything was already opened I could see residue of product from inside in the lid :(
