She told me about some aveda loyalty programme and asked if I wanted to join. I clarified with her that joining the programme would give me $10 off a first purchase, and when I asked her this again, she said yes. After payment, I realised that I was charged $10 to join the programme, and she refused to give me a refund. English did not seem to be her first language, and she was totally unapologetic about the mistake/misunderstanding. I was conned into joining the programme when I do not reside in Canada. Please avoid this store and this staff.
- MGMeri GDec 19, 20211.0Avoid buying products here from Tula, if you want to have a chance for an exchange or refund. She refused to do a refund for me twice, claiming that their machines weren’t working but somehow they were able to sell, just not refund both times? I came back 30 minutes later and another employee there processed the refund for me. I don’t appreciate being lied to, especially when I had to go in twice to simply return a product. Never shopping here again.
