  Extremely rude staff. I don't know if they are new, but before, when I visited the store or called, everyone was so helpful. I'm a Sephora loyal customer and have been shopping here for years, but the staff now not happy with them —they have no idea how customer service works. I also work as a customer service rep and have also worked as a manager. I know that if a customer requests something or asks anything, you have to consider them at times and their request. Obviously, if they are repeat defaulters, then it's different, and your behaviour should be customer-friendly too. Huh, I have to visit the store for some immediate product I need, but otherwise I never come to this store i prefer orders online . Horrible experience with rep on phone and in person. Also one person tells you one rule another person does something else please stay on one policy dont say i dont know how they did for you and technically its not done this way and blaa blaa huh anyways horrible experience

  We went there to get some skincare with my partner, and it was disappointing to notice that other customers were offered help while we were ignored. This is the second time we’ve experienced this, and the judgmental attitude really needs to be addressed.

  Got some amazing products this Wednesday, but not a great experience with the cashier. I found her attitude a little rude. I always shop at Sephora at least once a month. My birthday is in November and every time I asked if I could get my birthday gift they would say they’re either busy or are running out of gift bags and one girl told me I could come in the new year to get it (this convo is from last December) Yesterday when I saw the store wasn’t busy I figured it’s a good time to get my gift. One of the cashiers, Farida, acted really impolitely and kept interrupting me with a passive aggressive tone when I tried to explain and completely disregarded what I was saying Overall not a pleasant experience!

  Staff are very helpful if you're looking for something. They sell skin-care products at a reasonable price. Personally though, I get overwhelmed by the scent of strong perfume so I get a bit dizzy while walking through the store.
