The staff are friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what you need. Overall, I had a good shopping experience and would visit again.
- DWD WilkinsJul 6, 20265.0This is long overdue! On April 25th I attended Sephora's to inquire re: makeup base. I was greeted warmly at the entrance and upon stating that I had heard positive comments re: Hauser Labs foundation she indicated she had just the perfect person to assist me. Being a "mature" person I will be honest and state that I was a bit dismayed to see a younger lady approaching me to help. How could she possibly understand finer lines showing up and making it so difficult to find a perfect base? Her name is France (as in the country as she said) and she was absolutely lovely, patient and understanding. She is a believer in Haus Labs and explained why. She did a skin match and I returned home with a sample to test as well as a full bottle to return if not satisfied with sample results. I worried the sample was too dark initially but it turns out to be perfect for the season. France was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a definite asset to your team! It's people like her that ensure a customer will return.
