  My experience for in store shopping here has been ruined. I understand theirs a return policy in place for 30 days. My Haus labs gloss kept breaking. 2nd time back at the store with full product and a broken applicator. I was in a car accident and didnt make it back in the time frame. Now it wasnt the policy itself that bothered me, it was the staff members representation. She was condescending, not understanding and rude. I understood the policy, however considering they can see how much I spend, and that the product is a 44.00 gloss, some understanding about how im feeling goes a long way. I asked for a manager and she was like “that’s me” She was rude and short, gave me a number to call. When I asked her to write down her name, she said no. I said can i have your name and she said no. (It was on her tag) I said it says Tamara on your tag, she replies, you’ll have to remember it then!! Lol I run a business, this is not the composure of a manager by any means. This was purely ego. You’re in the wrong line of work Tamara!

  Went to pick up my online order and on a whim I asked the associate, her name is Tamara, about recommendations for a lip balm since my lips are always dry and I’ve tried everything I can with varying, mostly disappointing results. She recommended I try the Rhode cosmetics “Peptide lip boost”. Hasn’t even been 24 hours yet and I can feel the difference already. Tamara increased my quality of life and it took under 15 minutes. THANK YOU TAMARA

  I recently went to Pen Center location to purchase Sephora brand pressed powder foundation as the product I have used for years was discontinued. Was helped by Jennifer who seemed willing to g to help but confused me by saying that the neutral base I requested would have a “pinky” undertone. My understanding from years of using other neutral powder foundations (Aveda. Zuzu Luxe) is that neutral base has a balance of warm and cool tones so was getting a little frustrated. I needed up buying the one she showed be but with some doubts. She then asked me if there were any other product needs I had so I showed her the package of an Oribe styling serum that I had tried and liked asking for a smaller size. There was only enough in the sample to use a couple times, and though it seemed to work well on my hair, didn't want to commit to a 80 ml bottle or the like just yet. She took me over to the mini section and said they didn’t have a serum just the oil. I declined oil as that won’t work for me, then she started suggesting other products which I declined. My hair is really fine and many products are to heavy and having spent thousands over the years, now only purchase products that I have tried. I left with the powder foundation but thought it was odd that they had.none of the styling serum so checked their website. Turns out they do carry the serum in a 40 ml or so bottle which is reasonable, but I was not told or offered that - which I would have taken. I don’t want to go back, so have ordered it online from another retailer though would have been happier to do it in the trip I had already made

  I'd like to express my utmost appreciated for Corissa! She took the time to help me find products for my skin type and needs as well as showing me multiple options that were in my price range. She didn't hurry or rush me at any point and she really cared to make sure I was happy with my selections. She is kind, patient and extremely informative with product knowledge and I would 1000% go back. She made my shopping experience so amazing that this is my first time writing a review for a store I've been going to for nearly 10 years. Thank you Corissa!!
