- KEKelley EvansAug 10, 20261.0I have had some wonderful experiences at this store, but upon requesting a product exchange, my positive impression has been destroyed by my two encounters with the local manager. I bought a blush product as my current one was running out. I have switched to another product with a better colour match to my skin so I was late returning the brand new, unopened product for exchange - was told it was too late, over 30 days since purchase. To be honest it was just over 2 months since I purchased, but the encounter was so badly handled, so abrupt, no pleasantry what-so-ever, it has left a very bad taste in my mouth! I first went in on Sunday afternoon when it was busy, so I went back on Monday afternoon hoping for a better experience. This person does not have customer satisfaction skills at all, no means what-so-ever of softening the 'no'. And, by-the-way, there is no 30 day return policy on the receipt or anywhere else that I have seen.
