  This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Sephora.I visited the Pen Centre location to look at blushes, and while I was trying products, I felt like the staff kept giving me judgmental looks that made me very uncomfortable. I came in after 8 PM, and I genuinely felt like they wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. Unlike every other Sephora I’ve visited, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help when I walked in. Most Sephora locations are welcoming and have associates who are happy to assist customers, but that was not my experience here. There were also no alcohol spray bottles or clean sponges available to sanitize products before trying them, which was disappointing. I left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. I even wondered whether I was treated differently because I’m Asian. I can’t say for certain, but that’s honestly how the experience made me feel. I hope the management provides better customer service training because no customer should leave feeling this uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’ll choose other Sephora stores instead. Worst experience I’ve had at Sephora.

  Omg? I have never experienced a rude customer service at sephora before, i was so excited that i made it in time to buy my favorite lipstick and then the workers just gave me the cold shoulder, maybe because it was 15min before closing but omg horrible experience

  shes not good an aged skin…or tanned. walked out looking orange and 10 yrs older..plus she quotes you different prices. i was literally in the chair for 15 min and she charged me $90. makeup lookwd good in her basement went outside and cried.

  Hailey did my makeup on Saturday for a wedding, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat in her chair. She listened to exactly what I wanted and created a look that was beautiful, flattering, and perfect for the event. The best part was how well my makeup lasted, it looked amazing all day and stayed flawless throughout the entire night. I received so many compliments and felt confident the whole time. Thank you, Hailey, for doing such an amazing job! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a talented makeup artist. I can't wait for the next time I need my makeup done!
