  So bad service.. the boy called dom he was supposed to help us but he just told us to wait and he just kept on ignoring us and went with other clients then we went to another girl asking for help with product her name was lovan she said she only works on certain booth

  I had such a great experience at Sephora huge shout out to John Luca. I came in looking for skincare products and wasn't sure what would be best for my skin concerns. He took the time to talk with me, explain different ingredients and products, and helped me find something that suited my needs. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. We had a great conversation and he made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left feeling confident in my purchase and excited to start my new skincare routine. Thank you, John Luca, for the outstanding customer service!

  I had never had my makeup done at Sephora before, but I had a wedding to attend and decided to book an appointment at Sephora STC. My appointment was with Miranda Q, and I was very impressed. She did a fabulous job! She was attentive, meticulous, and friendly throughout the entire appointment. I was very happy with the final result. Highly recommend!

  Very bad experience for my graduation makeup, I was 12 mins late for my 60 mins makeup, I accept that's a mistake from my side. But still artist was not at all friendly and professional, made me look horrible I feel like crying. I asked her if my lipstick matches me when she gave a bad lip shade and told it makes me look dull, her reply was like I don't know. I felt very upset, she made my eye brows very thick as am going for some drama. And my whole look was very bad and made my face so dull than my normal skin tone, also when I asked if she can help me fix the eyebrow she said I'll try and am late and I have next appointment and need to take a break too. I can understand that she is tired and need some break. But she was not at all smiling and welcoming and was not friendly and I was not at all comfortable to ask her any suggestions. Later someone came for her at 11am for next appointment and she was totally different, that's what my friend told me, artist was smiling and all energetic with a friendly approach. My friend had an appointment later after me with a different artist, which was done perfectly well and she even ended up giving a tip. She even helped my friend in doing her neck applying shimmer and even asked opinion and suggestions and had a wonderful friendly session, and a great experience. I am so sad and disappointed to get this artist on my special day and I told her specially and added in my special request it should be a no makeup look. But it was looking so horrible. Later, lipstick shade was changed and eyebrows were wiped off to make me look atleast not scary. I thank her for that @ Keziah C. I don't want to post my Pic and humiliate myself
