  I visited MAC in the Town Centre last Saturday. I went in for one item, but ended up replacing all my cosmetics (foundation, eye shadow, blush). Selin was the only sales representative working at the time for a large number of shoppers. Selin exhibited great time management with each shopper ensuring their needs for taken care of. Selin should get a bonus for her excellent sales and customer service skills.

  I usually never go inside of MAC because the store is often empty, which can make interacting with employees feel awkward. This time, I gave it a chance and bought a lipstick I’ve wanted for years as a little reward for myself, so I was really excited about it. After I paid, the employee, a white woman with natural red hair and coloured eyes asked if I wanted a bag. When I asked if I’d be charged, she made a remark about how it’s free and she would’ve told me beforehand if there was a charge. I only asked because some stores charge for bags separately if you request one after paying, so I wanted to make sure before saying yes. I felt really sad about it, I’m still thinking about it days later. Unnecessary snarky remarks like that are rude and can really ruin what should’ve been a nice experience. Maybe it was her sense of humour, who knows.

  My birthday passed two days ago .. I tried to redeem my gift ( which you have to pay into through-out the year ) and was denyed . Awful . This location has always been, and will always be terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS .
