  I have visited Sephora several times and usually enjoy shopping there, but I have had several disappointing experiences with one staff member. She is tall and has blue-green colored hair. On multiple visits, whenever I asked for assistance, her attitude came across as dismissive and uninterested, as if she did not want to help. What made the experience more frustrating was that I observed her being much friendlier and more attentive to other customers while acting cold and impatient with us. As a customer, this made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service should be consistent and respectful toward everyone. On the other hand, Siri has always been kind, professional, and helpful whenever I have interacted with her. She makes customers feel welcome and provides the level of service I would expect when shopping at Sephora. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures all customers receive the same level of courtesy and assistance.

  Today I used Sephora’s curb side service. I was very very disappointed. I got to the parking lot. There are no designated signs for curb side pick up, I checked in and waited 15-20 minutes before I decided to go into the store. When I went in I was not greeted, I was left looking around for an employee. When I told someone i was waiting for a curb side order they had to look me up in the system. My order was in the back and brought out to me. I thought the point in curb side was that it was supposed to be faster. It would have been faster for me to go into the store and buy my items. I will not be using curb side at Sephora Sault Ste Marie Canada again.

  Wow is all I have to say. Thank you Mariah for making me feel feminine again and giving me eyebrows lol It was such a happy experience getting my makeup done by you truly made me have more confidence in myself. And a huge thank you to all the girls there that gifted me all those products. Was truly unexpected and I am so great full. You all have truly made me feel so much better about myself so thank you again! Xoxoxo

  Me and my wife attended the store and we were not acknowledged at all, it seemed like the store workers were doing other things even tho the store was rather empty when we showed up, the store seemed to be a bit of a mess also. Ive been with my wife in other Sephora stores in Sudbury and Toronto and always received top tier customer service, but here they didn't seem to care whether we were there or not.
