  As a frequent Sephora shopper, I always have a positive experience when visiting the Sarnia location. The employees are consistently kind, welcoming, and eager to assist with any questions I may have. They are knowledgeable, helpful in guiding me toward the right products, and always maintain a high level of professionalism. Dana is one of the many wonderful team members who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel welcomed and supported. Her kindness and dedication truly stand out, and I greatly appreciate the exceptional service she provides.

  I had an amazing experience with Jay! He was incredibly helpful and patient when suggesting different products. He took the time to show me various brands and explain which products would best suit my skin type. His customer service was exceptional he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely made sure we were well taken care of. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him!

  I had the best experience at Sephora thanks to Jovan ("Jay")! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every product he recommended and took the time to explain not only how each makeup product would look, but also the skincare benefits behind them. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to help me prepare for my friend's wedding. He explained which products would provide the best coverage for photography while still looking natural and flattering in person. I never felt rushed, and he made the entire experience enjoyable and personalized. If you're looking for someone who truly knows makeup, understands different skin needs, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right products, I highly recommend asking for Jay. Thank you for such an exceptional experience!

  MONICA is SO AMAZING!!! She is the ONLY one to ever help me when I go to Sephora. Also, the only one I trust to help me spend so much money!!!!!. So knowledgeable and kind. Make this girl employee of the YEAR already!!!
