  Thank you to Mason for providing such excellent customer service tonight! I was hoping to get matched to a new powder foundation since my trusted MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundation has been reformulated. Mason helped me find the perfect match. It was such a quick and easy process - I got to go home with my new powder and I can even see what other foundations would match my skin tone on the Sephora app!

  I want to thank Parmida for the outstanding service she provided yesterday. Even though her shift had already ended, she took the time to help me find everything I needed. Going above and beyond like that isn’t something you see very often, which is why I wanted to recognize her. She was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. Thank you, Parmida!

  If I could leave zero stars for this store, I would. I can not believe how rude the sales people are. First of all, if you are working in a retail store in Canada, you need to speak to customers in English or French only. NOT Arabic(?). It appears that unless you speak Arabic, you will not be helped by most workers in this location. I was standing in line waiting to pay while I watched one of the cashiers chat for a long time with someone who she obviously knew. 10 minutes it took to check this person out. Then the worker decided that she was done working behind the cash and she offered to help someone else with the mobile checkout from further back on the line, completely overlooking me. I finally was helped by another worker who was polite to me but when she finished with me she called another person over to chat with while many other people waited in line behind me. Customer service is clearly not a priority in this store unless you know the workers. I will never purchase anything at this location again. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

  I was first in line, and after helping someone else, the cashier completely ignored us and jumped off the cash register. She then rudely announced to everyone in line that she could only help those paying with a card and took another customer to the side to pay and didn’t even acknowledge us or that we were also paying with card. It was absolutely disrespectful

  Had a fantastic interaction with Mason. I typically walk into Sephora quite overwhelmed; so many great products, but which ones to choose?? Mason knew precisely the purpose of all the products I inquired about and what composed them to ensure they aligned with personal requirements and preferences. Thanks, Mason! Will be back again. :)
