  I went to Sephora a few weeks ago to get a gift for my sister because she’s been dealing with scalp issues for a really long time!! One of the beauty advisors there recommended the brand New TYPEBEA scalp serum to me! I don’t remember her name unfortunately, but she had really beautiful hair herself so I trusted her recommendation lol. Just wanted to come back and leave a review because my sister has actually been loving it. Her scalp looks better now and some of the scaly areas have faded a lot after a few weeks of using it. Definitely glad we tried it!

  The staff helping me was super rude -- orangeish short hair and glasses. She may have been a manager. She insisted I paid partially with cash ($3) and partially on credit ($30) when processing a return. I said the cash amount was a coupon I used but she insisted I was wrong and I must have paid $3 in cash and forgotten. I never carry cash on me and it was the exact coupon amount, but ok.

  Walking into Sephora as a confused-looking guy is apparently a full social experiment. At first, every employee seemed to slowly drift away from me like I had just wandered in to rob the place instead of… buy a lipstick. The body language was impressive. Olympic-level avoidance. Maybe I didn’t look glamorous enough. Maybe I didn’t look like I belonged. Who knows. But the moment it became clear that I was, in fact, a paying customer and not a security threat, the energy magically shifted and suddenly cooperation was possible. Fascinating transformation. Great products. Questionable first impression.

  Such a bright and beautifully decorated store — everything is clean, neat, and super well-organized, which makes browsing really enjoyable. The staff is amazing — so sweet, kind, and genuinely helpful. I also had to return a perfume here once, and the process went very smoothly. The girl helping me handled it quickly with no hassle or unnecessary arguing, which I really appreciated. Overall, such a pleasant shopping experience!
