  I came in fully intending to purchase products, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I asked three different associates for assistance, and each time I felt ignored. No one approached me to ask if I needed help, despite seeing staff offering assistance to other customers around me. When I finally did ask an associate for help, I felt brushed off rather than welcomed. As someone who also works in the service industry, I understand how important customer service is and how much of an impact it has on the overall experience. Sadly, I left feeling overlooked and undervalued, which ultimately affected my decision to shop there. I hope this feedback encourages improvements so that every customer feels acknowledged and supported.

  I had my makeup done for my wedding on June 19, 2026. My makeup artist was Sara. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Sara is super sweet and she was always checking in to make sure I was happy with everything. My make up was perfect and lasted the whole day and evening. I would highly recommend Sara’s services!

  Every time I come here I tend to receive great customer service from the employees and they are very kind and helpful. However this one day I came in around the morning time on jun 1 I had needed to return some things and there was one particular girl who did the return transaction who was extremely rude it was around 10 am on jun 1 she had glasses on and short hair was wearing a mask. She was rolling her eyes at me and seemed like she didn’t want to do her job and I was bothering her by doing a return I said sorry I had to return the items since it had seemed like I was annoying her she responded “you can do the return online because I have to open all the items and check them” she made it seemed like I was a bother rolled her eyes and did a silent ugh and upon she completing the return I wanted to purchase some other items and she had me wait while she stickered the items even though she already refunded me, she could have done this after. Not only was she holding up my time but also the customers behind me. She really needs an attitude check

  Becca helped me out today and hands down delivered the best customer service I've ever experienced when shopping in a retail setting. Someone give this girl a raise!!!! She's amazing!
