  Every time I come here I tend to receive great customer service from the employees and they are very kind and helpful. However this one day I came in around the morning time on jun 1 I had needed to return some things and there was one particular girl who did the return transaction who was extremely rude it was around 10 am on jun 1 she had glasses on and short hair was wearing a mask. She was rolling her eyes at me and seemed like she didn’t want to do her job and I was bothering her by doing a return I said sorry I had to return the items since it had seemed like I was annoying her she responded “you can do the return online because I have to open all the items and check them” she made it seemed like I was a bother rolled her eyes and did a silent ugh and upon she completing the return I wanted to purchase some other items and she had me wait while she stickered the items even though she already refunded me, she could have done this after. Not only was she holding up my time but also the customers behind me. She really needs an attitude check

  Becca helped me out today and hands down delivered the best customer service I've ever experienced when shopping in a retail setting. Someone give this girl a raise!!!! She's amazing!

  Really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I had an upsetting experience and the employee I interacted with showed very little empathy or professionalism. The attitude and lack of compassion made the situation feel even worse instead of being handled with care. Customer service should make people feel welcomed and respected, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. I would recommend visiting another location if you’re looking for a more positive and supportive experience.

  This past Sunday, May 3rd, 12:30 - I purchased a Tower 28 concealer, Charlotte Tilbury lip pencil and a pencil sharpener at the Pickering store - I mention the specifics as I did not get the name of the woman who helped me and I hope this will get back to her. She was wonderful! It can be very intimidating and overwhelming in many of Sephora’s locations, but she was so nice and took time to help without being judgey. It made such an impact that I felt I needed to take time to write a review, even over 24hrs later.
