- MPMe PetSep 23, 20265.0Sister and I went to Sephora to find concealer to match my sister. A wonderful lady named Diane helped. She took her time to explain what warm, cool and neutral. Also, she helped me what contour works with me too.
- SMSuzette MikhaelSep 12, 20263.0Sephora Canada sends emails about gift with minimum purchase and almost every time I have enough $ purchase to pick the gift advertised, I NEVER receive it… So either Sephora Canada has a messed up system and they can’t keep track if the product is not available anymore, or they are tricking people to order more and get the minimum purchase but no gift. The only advantages about Sephora is the free shipping policy and the variety of brands available, otherwise if I can find the same brand at shoppers with their better reward system I’d get it from there not from Sephora.
- YSYeman SadatAug 30, 20261.0Came today and asked for my birthday gift and said that you need to only come on your birthday month. Went to Ajax and they gave it. Customer service is not great here and won’t be coming again. Rather go to the Ajax store now. Really ruined my experience.
- PGPihu GumberAug 20, 20265.0Laurene and Deca are both such lovely ladies! ❤️ They helped me so much at Sephora when I was super confused about what products and shades to choose. They were so patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. 🥹✨ They genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me so well. I really appreciate their amazing customer service and would definitely recommend them! 💕
- GCGenevieve CummingsAug 16, 20265.0I had an amazing experience at this Sephora! I pre-booked a Special Occasion appointment for my 50th birthday nd Sara P. did an absolutely incredible job. She was professional, listened to exactly what I wanted, and created a stunning look. The makeup held up beautifully for 12 hours and looked just as good at the end of the night as it did right when it was applied. Thank you so much, Sara P. for making me beautiful on my milestone birthday—5 out of 5 stars!
