- AMAllison MApr 19, 20265.0Had a really great experience today, usually we go to the Bayshore location but I wanted to try the new Tanger store out. Normally, I have a full face of makeup on but I went in with no makeup as I wanted to test products to match my skin tone. The girls were very helpful and sweet, went out of their way to make sure if they didn’t have it in stock on the floor they checked the back. When the product still wasn’t there, they helped me place an online order for what I couldn’t find in store so I could still get my discount for the BI sale. Faith was AMAZING and helped shade match me so well, I have never had such great help before as a very pale girl, but she knew exactly what shades I was and was so helpful. Aayushi went also above and beyond for me and offered me amazing recommendations and helped with the checkout process for the items that weren’t in stock. I never felt like they were pressuring me to buy anything, in fact Aayushi offered me alternatives that were cheaper but better suited to my needs. I truly love this Sephora, can’t wait to return! The service was top notch. I was offered help so many times which I loved because it’s nice to get different perspectives from different makeup gurus especially since I wanted to try out new products!
