- CACaroline AssafAug 12, 20261.0Chryssia is one of the managers I believe and I was shocked by her attitude when doing a simple return. She took over to help a girl, but still insisted she needed to see my card again. She grimaced and sighed asked as she passive aggressively asked if I'd used the product. I'm so sick of being treated like I'm some sort of thief. This isn't the first time at this location and it's a lot of BS. Beyond rude to speak to me that way, as to insist I'd done something wrong. Not every product as a tester and I won't apologize for not putting a concealer on my face that everyone else has touched. So damn rude. Eye rolling, sighing, rude, and the push to see my cards again was the last straw. I quietly left because I'd had enough. Sephora, if your policy is that you can return an item, then stop interrogating me when I do so. This location is particularly problematic and this is the last straw, I'll never return... Unless it's to do one. I'd give 0 stars if it were possible.

- ABAkhila BarenepalleJul 16, 20261.0Staff were not very friendly.I wanted to use my gift card which i took the photo of.It has the bar code ,number , pin and staff didnot accept it and wanted to see the email..I don't understand why they want to see the email..I can use the same gift card online and can pick up at store.It didnot strike me that time..Anyway i used my credit card to purchase it which i could have used my gift card instead .

This location is really bright and less busy. I love the employees approach of giving you space and explaining both pros and cons of product without the pushing to “build a basket”. My friend was really pleased with testing a concealer and being told to go about her day before buying. In this economy the girls get it. Also Treasure is amazing. Her energy and humour is truly unmatched. Get this girl her own store!
