  Worst customer service ever, came in looking for help to find makeup products for my skin type, sales rep seemed uninterested in assisting me, brought products to try on then quickly left and promised to come back, went to assist other clients and left me waiting for her. Didn't bother to come back to check if I was able to find what I was looking for.

  I picked up my online order from the Sephora St. Laurent location today. When I got home and opened my Salt & Stone Bergamot & Hinoki Body Mist, I was shocked to see that the bottle appeared to be about half full. This was very disappointing, especially since I purchased it brand new. I tried calling the store five times to resolve the issue, but no one answered, even though the store wasn't busy when I was there. It's frustrating to spend money on a product that appears to have been used or isn't filled as expected, and then be unable to reach anyone for assistance. I hope Sephora will make this right, but this experience has been very disappointing. And staff whos helping has attitude

  Horrible!! The most disappointed in my life. Sephora Canceled My Appointment 2 Hours before my graduation. Hi Sephora Team, I’m very upset because Sephora cancelled my appointment on the same day, only about two hours before the scheduled time. I had planned my day around that appointment, and the short notice caused significant inconvenience and stress. I need an immediate explanation for why this was cancelled and what steps you’re taking to prevent this from happening to other customers. An unprofessional manager called “Megan” and the team.

  The worst customer service I have ever received from multiple locations! I have attempted to book an appointment online but it was a technical issue from their end( spoke with customer service and I was advised to call the location I would like to book with) well I called and ofcourse was told this is not a service they provide over the phone ( B.S) so I called head office because this isn’t the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place time and guess what I am still waiting for a call back from Corporate! Moral of the story is it’s my own fault for going back to that store 🤣🤣🤣
