  The worst customer service I have ever received from multiple locations! I have attempted to book an appointment online but it was a technical issue from their end( spoke with customer service and I was advised to call the location I would like to book with) well I called and ofcourse was told this is not a service they provide over the phone ( B.S) so I called head office because this isn’t the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place time and guess what I am still waiting for a call back from Corporate! Moral of the story is it’s my own fault for going back to that store 🤣🤣🤣

  Sephora at Bayshore has a great collection of makeup brands. I got help finding the right foundation for my skin tone. Now I know the exact products I need. I also shopped online on Sephora, it was free, fast and the package well protected. I will be shopping online again.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I came in about an hour before closing and the store was literally empty, yet the two cashiers were standing at the front talking about personal, non-work related things. When I asked for help, I was met with a dismissive “we’ll get someone for you” and was basically ignored. I ended up waiting around 20 minutes for someone to come from the back, which is completely unreasonable in an empty store. The whole interaction felt very cliquey and unwelcoming. The tone was condescending, and it honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them for asking a completely normal question. When I went to check out, the cashier was cold and had an obvious attitude, which just reinforced the overall experience.

  Good service and selection at this location. The staff were nice, especially Minha she was just excellent, and the store was clean and well organized.

  Terrible experience shopping at this Sephora the evening of April 22. I was treated with suspicion when trying to make a simple exchange for the ddg peel pads. I told the SA I had one out of the box but she proceeded to physically count 50+ peel pads while I was made to wait as if I was attempting fraud or theft. 2/4 remaining items were brand new in the box. I was then refused a cash refund and given a gift card without my consent because I paid for the original purchase with half gift card/half cash. I paid over 150$ in cash, but was told that I had to recieve a gift card for an 85 dollar return. I was treated so poorly here and will never return, and think twice before the sephora sale.
