  My friend and I visited this sephora a couple days ago and we received excellent help from both Meagan and Passy! Meagan welcomed us with such kindness ( as someone who’s trying to learn how to do my makeup) i didn’t feel judged from the get go and she answered all our questions and gave good advice made us feel excellent especially with her experience Passy is amazing! we were lucky to run into her she helped us get each and every product i purchased at the end with great tips and advice! she showed us what would work best with our tones and shades and helped my friend find the perfect solution to her brows! even after her shift ended she was kind enough to stay and answer questions and never once made us feel like an inconvenience! both very kind with beautiful smiles thank you for sharing that during our visit! these ladies were amazing and gave us one of the best services my friend and I have ever experienced in any customer service and they both deserve their followers!! Thank you guys!

  Dear Sephora Rideau Centre Team, I wanted to share my recent experience at your store because I believe customer feedback is important. My daughter and I visited your store intending to purchase several makeup products, including foundation and concealer. We expected to spend several hundred dollars and were looking forward to receiving guidance in choosing the right shades. A beauty advisor was assisting me, and all of the makeup stations and chairs were unoccupied. I politely asked if I could sit for a few minutes to compare the foundation shades in the mirror. I was told that I had to remain standing. Later, another staff member also asked me to get up, even though no one was waiting to use the station and the area remained empty. I completely understand that stores may have policies regarding makeup stations. However, the experience made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Choosing foundation is not something that can be done in a hurry, and being able to sit comfortably while comparing shades is an important part of the shopping experience. Because of how we were treated, my daughter and I decided to leave and went to the nearby MAC store instead. There, we were warmly welcomed, invited to sit, received excellent service, and felt comfortable purchasing several hundred dollars’ worth of products. I am sharing this feedback not to criticize individual employees, but because I believe Sephora is known for providing an exceptional customer experience. Unfortunately, that was not our experience during this visit. I hope you will consider this feedback and review whether customers who are genuinely shopping for complexion products can be offered a more welcoming and comfortable experience.   Extremely satisfied with the service recieved from makeup artist Adriana. I was looking for a foundation shade from the sephora collection and she was so patient and informative while she was helping me. I wasn't ready to buy right away as I was looking for a backup foundation for my makeup collections but she still remained professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend her services as a makeup artist or if you go to sephora looking for help from a experienced worker 👏🏾😇
