    This Lush location has some phenomenal staff! Always super friendly and helpful! Went today to pick up some hair products and the staff member assisting me was knowledgeable and kind. Didn't try to upsell me or get me to buy products that wouldn't work with my curly hair. And when I was unsure of what a product I've never used would be like for my hair she gave me a sample to test at home. I purchased two products and once I test out the sample I can decide whether it works for my curl pattern and if so just return and purchase it. I don't live close to this Lush location but because they're so nice and helpful I always return. There was also a child's party going on in the location when I was shopping and thought it was so cute! Had no idea they did birthday parties there. Edit for June 6th 2026: Stopped by today to purchase items I had received testers for during my last visit. This time I was assisted by Kevin who was so friendly and helpful! He supplied me with certain testers of product I wanted to try out to see if it worked for me and I'd buy it during my next visit. Spent so much more money than anticipated during this visit today but I chalk it up to how engaging and friendly Kevin was!🤣😊 Lush and their staff make the shopping experience a fun one always!

    Products are nice but just bought a whole bunch of soap and the weight seemed off. I put it on a scale (in the package) and all the soap I got weighs less then what it says on the package. So I payed 2-5$ extra on each piece.

    I saw Vanessa today who was very approachable, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs in store. I walked away with some great bath bombs to soothe my muscle tension and a new skin cleanser to try. Thank you for you help today!
