So I went back to the store thinking I could exchange the bottle because it is obviously l’Occitane and also quite obviously defective. I was met by the most unhelpful and bureaucratic customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Totally unhelpful!

I had to approach them twice to get their help.. they were reluctant to even get up and come around the counter and help. When I came to purchase they had both their tills closed and were just starting them up. At that point I just had to walk out. Really poor customer service.
