  Huge collection of cleaner and safer cosmetics. They believe in Ayurveda philosophy and their products intend to reflect that. The stores have trained staff that assist you with your choices or inform you about their new products and deals.

  So we storolled in there on Thanksgiving and my girlfriend wanted to try a some new products. All she wanted to do is go there and buy a new line that was just released a couple weeks ago. She has stickly used Aveda product for the last 15 years. There was this kid there that turned my girl off so bad that we decided to buy the same product elsewhere. He was asking irrelevant questions and giving opinions that were totally unknowledgeable. He talked way too much and came across like he thought he was Paul frickin Mitchel. My girl was so annoyed with this employee that she will never go back in if she sees this guy working.

  Today I had a fantastic experience at Aveda when I was greeted by the absolutely lovely Muha. He was informative, personable and professional. I will most definitely be back! Muha, you made my day!
