  I was very disappointed with my experience, I decided to treat myself and went in to have my foundation professionally matched, the girl that helped me was very nice, unfortunately the colour was very orange when I tried it at home. Because of summer holidays the first chance I had to make it back to the store I was just a day or 2 past the 30 days return policy. I was told that there was nothing they could do, I only wanted to exchange for a better colour not to get my money back🙁.

  I recently had a 75-minute makeup lesson with a makeup artist, she did a really good job. I also felt that the foundation shade matched my skin tone. However, I found that my skin felt very sticky, to the point where I couldn’t even leave my hair down because it kept sticking to my face. My main reason for taking the lesson was to learn how to apply makeup myself and find suitable products, especially a foundation. But after this experience, I’m a little hesitant to purchase the products because I’m worried they might leave my skin feeling the same way

  A few weeks ago me and my teenage sister were inside this Sephora. We had picked out a few items and had them in our hands, we had noticed that many employees had come up to us and asked us if we need help with anything or if we needed a bag. We had only been in the store for a few minutes and felt it was a bit excessive. Then we were followed around by a worker during the rest of our time in the store. To top it off after being followed around the store by employees who clearly thought we were stealing my teenage sister put a product down to grab another and the employee thought she was going to leave it there so she called my sister out and told her “ that does not go in the right spot put it back where you found it” i was appalled and we put everything down and left. Just becuase people are young dosent always mean they are stealing.

  Adiba was working on the floor and as man i was completely lost when it came to skin but ever since I got help from her she was very patient with me and put me in the right direction and she was kind and knowledgeable about everything I asked her and recommended me great products now I have clear skin and I hope when I go back Adiba helps me again please give her a nice raise. She deserves it because of her extreme attention to detail and hard working ethic

  had a wonderful experience at Sephora today, thanks to Emaan! I was only there to find a lipstick, and even though I was purchasing just one item, she gave me such amazing service. She was patient, helpful, and took the time to find the perfect lipstick shade for me. I really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. Excellent customer service—thank you, Emaan! You made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
