I waited until they were done talking but neither one approached me for service. Pretty bad service for such a great company.

From the moment I walked in with my daughter, he greeted us with incredible politeness and professional attention (despite the store being busy). I arrived with a long list of shades and plenty of indecision, but Joshua spent an hour working with me patiently. He NEVER made me feel rushed; instead, he was extremely friendly, he listened to all my concerns and offered expert tips all the time. I left the store with many new products and a lot of confidence. Joshua’s expertise is world-class, hard to find nowadays. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks again Joshua R!!!
