The staff is always very friendly but I often feel like I’m being pressured to buy more items and it makes me uncomfortable. I will often avoid going in because I am the type of person who just wants to quietly browse on my own.

I was immediately greeted by three young women - they asked what I bought from the other store, and then it proceeded to be this beautiful interaction. Girls being supportive girls girls and giving me an immediate confidence boost! They were very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and definitely up-sold me! I left, leaving very happy, even after spending quite a bit!

The only inconsistency I’ve noticed out of 12 stores worldwide - this one fills the sample jars the lowest. It would be an easy five stars for the full sample jars and I only say that as each sample I’ve gotten leads to years of repeat purchases. We also spent over $100 so expected the nice samples for the additional products we’re considering adding to the household routine.
