- AAAnonOct 6, 20261.0Was one of my favourite stores but I had to start shopping online due to the fact that the people who work here constantly ask if you need help and keep coming up to you urging you to try or smell different items. It’s honestly super invasive and they don’t know what “I don’t need help” means. I went here with my friend a month ago ish and we wanted to keep it short and said we don’t need help but a lady kept trying to get us to try different products it just gets really annoying. Trust me if I needed help I would ask. I get you guys are supposed to ask customers if they want help but once or twice is fine don’t go overboard with asking or making me try new items for an hour lol it’s actually insanely disrespectful. Please let me shop in peace without shoving a new product in my face or nagging me to buy something I don’t even want!!!!
- CCCloudiiOct 1, 20265.0I popped in to grab some of my favourite shampoo (snow fairy) only to find they don’t have it this year. BUT!!! Andy (I hope I’m spelling that right) helped me find something so much better for my hair in the same scent. Although I wish it had glitter in it, I’m just as happy. They were so helpful and so kind, I’m so happy I did a double take and stopped by!!

I am in love with gourmand scents and he always has the best suggestions, I recently found my favorite spray "Sticky Dates" the last time I went in there because of him, and I'm addicted to it! 🩷 Thank you Andy and the rest of the staff at this location
