I walked into the store looking for something for my friend’s engagement basket I was making, I was hoping to find a bath bomb or soap that looks like a ring. Andy (i think that was his name) asked me if I needed help and when I asked him if he had anything that would fit my vision he said “no, but I think I can make it for you” and he delivered. He cut the soap and shaped it out in a ring and it was the most amazing thing ever. This man needs a raise because I was so amazed at the customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. Thank you so much!! My friend loved it

I stopped in for a refill of my Super Milk conditioner and ended up having such a fun conversation with him. His banter was fantastic, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and he took the time to recommend different scents based on my likes and dislikes instead of just pointing me toward the most popular options. It made the whole shopping experience feel personal and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back, not only because I love Lush’s products, but also because of the outstanding customer service.
