  Would appreciate not being given a hard time for returning a product that was used once and that has multiple 1 star reviews on the app for being not full when received (Makeup by Mario SoftSculpt multi-use bronzing serum). Seriously, most of the reviews are people complaining about the bottle not being full. I had the same issue but returned the product after 1 (one) use because the shade was way off, and was given a hard time at the store cos I “used too much”. I did get a refund eventually after being told multiple times that they’d make a special exception but to “use less next time”. This is my first Sephora return in 10 years and I’ve been a Rouge member for 4 years now, but yeah, give me a hard time because you sell half full products. Ridiculous customer service

  I love going to this Sephora as it’s not very crowded due to the location/area. The staffs always really friendly and helpful. Only downside is it doesn’t carry all the high end brands so you either have to order things online or either go to a different location.

  Dear Sephora Store Manager, I hope you take a moment to read my feedback. I came into your Orleans location to purchase multiple items and politely requested Sephora bags. I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner and told that bags cost money and that I should go buy them elsewhere,even being directed to another store across the street,Do you really think I do not know where to buy bags? I find it inappropriate to be spoken to as if customers lack basic understanding, especially in a reputable brand like Sephora. The tone and attitude were completely unacceptable and made me feel disrespected as a customer. I requested to speak with a manager because of how I was treated.The issue was eventually resolved thanks to a helpful and professional employee. I hope to see more staff like him in this location, who are polite, respectful, and know how to properly assist customers. , but the initial experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. As a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this location, I am extremely disappointed and I will not be returning to this store again. I kindly ask you to re-evaluate your staff and customer service standards, as the customer should always be treated with respect. If there was a rating lower than one star, I would have chosen it.

  I have had the chance to meet Angelica last week who made my experience at Sephora incredible. From the moment she came over to help, she was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive. I had a pretty long list of items I was looking for, and she helped me find everything with patience and enthusiasm. She was very knowledgeable about the products and gave some amazing recommendations!
