    I love going to this Sephora as it’s not very crowded due to the location/area. The staffs always really friendly and helpful. Only downside is it doesn’t carry all the high end brands so you either have to order things online or either go to a different location.

    Dear Sephora Store Manager, I hope you take a moment to read my feedback. I came into your Orleans location to purchase multiple items and politely requested Sephora bags. I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner and told that bags cost money and that I should go buy them elsewhere,even being directed to another store across the street,Do you really think I do not know where to buy bags? I find it inappropriate to be spoken to as if customers lack basic understanding, especially in a reputable brand like Sephora. The tone and attitude were completely unacceptable and made me feel disrespected as a customer. I requested to speak with a manager because of how I was treated.The issue was eventually resolved thanks to a helpful and professional employee. I hope to see more staff like him in this location, who are polite, respectful, and know how to properly assist customers. , but the initial experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. As a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this location, I am extremely disappointed and I will not be returning to this store again. I kindly ask you to re-evaluate your staff and customer service standards, as the customer should always be treated with respect. If there was a rating lower than one star, I would have chosen it.

    I have had the chance to meet Angelica last week who made my experience at Sephora incredible. From the moment she came over to help, she was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive. I had a pretty long list of items I was looking for, and she helped me find everything with patience and enthusiasm. She was very knowledgeable about the products and gave some amazing recommendations!

    I’m consistently disappointed by the customer service at this Sephora location. Every time I visit, the employees seem uninterested in helping customers and rarely acknowledge me everytime I walk in, even when the store is not busy. For a company that markets itself as a luxury beauty retailer, I expect a much higher level of customer service. A simple greeting or asking if I need assistance would go a long way, but instead I always feel ignored and unwelcome. I get so excited just to unwind and shop around for makeup and products I love and it should be an enjoyable experience, yet this location makes it feel like customers are an inconvenience. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and works on creating a more welcoming environment because I’ve left almost in tears everytime.

    Had an awesome experience looking for sunscreen. Gift - who was the salesperson- was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She also helped me figure out that the foundation I was wearing was completely the wrong undertone for my skin and helped me find the right one! Will absolutely go back there.
