  My first visit, I took advantage of the 15.99 deal. My stylist was Brittney, I explained my worries about getting cuts(scissor happy ladies sometimes), she was amazing gave me what I asked for 😊

  I called about 30 minutes before coming in but got no answer. The voicemail said to either check the website or walk in. I checked online and it showed 0 people ahead, so I came in. When I arrived, there were 3 people ahead, which I was totally fine waiting for. However, I was rudely asked if I had an appointment and told it would be close to closing by the time they got to me, even though I had come about an hour before close and 2 barbers cutting 3 basic men’s haircuts doesn’t take long at all and wouldn’t have come close to after hours. Right from the start the interaction came off as dismissive and ignorant, like getting my haircut was somehow inconvenient.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. From the moment we walked in, it felt like my 2-year-old son was treated more like a burden than a customer. I made it very clear upfront that he is sensitive to the sound of clippers, yet instead of showing patience or understanding, the stylist mocked him—imitating his sounds and movements—and said, “when he’s making that noise and flailing around we can’t provide a service with the equipment.” When I suggested using scissors instead, she reluctantly agreed. By that point, my son had actually calmed down completely and was sitting still, but despite that, she still managed to give him a very uneven haircut. Rather than taking responsibility, she blamed him, saying she was “trying to go fast so we don’t encounter another meltdown.” We even came right when they opened, trying to be considerate and avoid a busy environment because I knew this could be a sensitive experience for him. Unfortunately, that effort clearly didn’t matter. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly upsetting. Children—especially young ones—need patience, understanding, and care, not to be mocked or rushed through a service. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations, and this one was a stark contrast. Do better. Be more inclusive, show compassion, and if working with children is too much, it might be worth reconsidering the profession.

  Quick, short, and neat. I appreciated that the stylist checked a few times that it was in line with what I wanted.
