    I tried to return two products at this location. I was 3days over the return policy. (even though I physically received the products less*, than 30 days ago). The representative and a supervisor misled me to believe that all I had to do was contact online support and they'd process the return for me, free of hasstle. When I called online support, they stuck to their 30 day order date* policy. I spoke with a supervisor who approved the return. Representatives and leaders in store should** warn customers of the actual process and not promise a return. It seemed like they just didn't want to deal with the issue and wanted to wash their hands of it. Horrible customer service. Representatives shouldn't have promised a return in store, listing the specific steps of the process.

    Recently went in and was “helped” by a lady named tia I believe. I say with quotations because although she did help, I had to ask and seemed less than pleased to help me out and like I was bothering her. A smile would help, especially when working in customer service
