  Tried to return a defective product that had gone gritty (Ilia's tinted mineral sunscreen) and was told because it was bought more than 30 days ago, there was nothing they could do. (When sunscreen goes gritty it means the product is degraded and is effectively useless in protecting you from the sun). The staffer put some on her hand and agreed it was gritty. Dear Sephora Canada, when you sell a product that is defective, you should honour the return or exchange regardless - I would have even taken a credit or exchanged for a new one. Stand behind what you sell!

  I always feel so overwhelmed and scared whenever I usually whenever I walk into Sephora because there are so many products and I never know where to start, but Diwah and all the other girls working today completely changed that experience for me. They made me feel so comfortable from the beginning and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. Diwah was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to what I needed instead of making me feel rushed or pressured. I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the right products rather than just making a sale. It’s rare to receive customer service that feels this personal and genuine. I left feeling so happy and confident with everything she helped me choose. Diwah truly made my experience memorable, and she is a huge reason I would come back to this location. Thank you, Diwah! ❤️

  Maryam deserves an award! I came in emotionally drained and didn't look great. Makayla noticed and asked Maryam to help with my needs. Maryam was awesome. She made me feel welcome. She took me and searched for what was my exact shade and look. She went further to make suggestions about my skincare. It all fell into place. I felt beautiful and uplifted when she was done. It was nice that Makayla could pick up my state of mind, and I am glad I got extremely awesome service from Maryam. I felt like I had therapy after this very visit to Sephora Oakville place.

  Booked make-up services with Aleks and Jennie and had the best experience ever. Our make-up stayed on all day no creasing. Everyone complimented the look. Will definitely come again!!

  worst sephora ever ...I wanted to buy concealer and went there . nobody wanted to help me I asked one employee she said another employee will come and help you..another employee came and said coworker will help u in a 15 min as she already finished her shift So, I was like okay she just finished her shift but then, i went near to cashier and there was those girls talking each other but not helping their customers and said we are closing at 8 pm and it was just 7 pm at that time when I asked them to help me , I think employee are just worried about finishing their shift only not for the customers. so considering today's experience I will never go there and never suggest anybody to go there. I am hoping their management will take action on this.
