I called the store last week asking if Sephora made any pill organizers. My niece was just diagnosed with ADHD and has to take daily medication. I know she loves Sephora. I had the pleasure of speaking with the store manager Michelle on the phone who listened to how important this pill organizer was to me and my niece. I asked her to put one aside for me and that I would be right there.
When I arrived, Michelle used a label maker to put the days of the week with cute little icons on each compartment to make the daily medication more fun. This was hands down the best service and kindest gesture I’ve ever received from any business. My niece loved it and I now want to visit Sephora regularly for my beauty needs if this is the level of care that the company provides. The cashier was also very sweet, though I didn’t catch her name. Overall it was a lovely first trip to Sephora. Thank you so much for your kindness Michelle
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Oakville Place Sephora. From the beginning of our interaction, Abi was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than providing the level of customer service I expect from Sephora, she made me feel unwelcome throughout the entire interaction.
Going through the other reviews I’m not surprised other people had unpleasant experiences.
What was most shocking was that, by the end of our conversation, she swore at me. This is completely unacceptable behavior from someone working in customer service and is not how any customer should be treated.
I contacted the store manager, Michelle, hoping my concerns would be taken seriously. Unfortunately, my complaint was completely dismissed, and no next steps were made to address what had happened or make the situation right.
This experience fell far below Sephora’s standards of customer service. I left feeling disrespected and extremely disappointed.
I’m writing to share my experience at Sephora with an employee ( Mariam )who provided the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. When I asked for help finding a product. She seemed rushed, avoided eye contact, and responded with an argumentative behavior rather than being professional or helpful.
I expected basic customer service—listening, eye contact, and guidance—but instead I felt dismissed. Sephora should have staff who are friendly, patient, and supportive, especially when customers are actively seeking assistance.
I spend 195 $ which i wish i spend it somewhere else

Had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Abi! She was so kind and patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her product recommendations were spot on — I left with exactly what I needed and a much better skincare/makeup routine. Thank you, Abi, for the fantastic service!

I went to a 4 day event wedding and had my makeup done by Chyna, Jennie and Neilla. All of them very talented as you can see! Literally flawless, I got many compliments from all of my makeup looks. And the process is very sanitary, they clean all the brushes, they use stainless steel tools and they scoop the product that they use on you instead of dipping the brushes. I had to purchase fake eyelashes every single time but they told me that beforehand. I will 100% come back to get my makeup done at Sephora for a special occasion!
Pd. I had the special occasion service (it’s one hour) and I had inspo pictures ready to show them what I want. Thank you girls ❤️
