  I absolutely love their almond products, but their customer service has been horrible. Yesterday was yet another issue with this company. I went into their Oakville location to return a product purchased online 32 days ago. I understand their return policy is 30 days but I couldn’t get there sooner because a close friend of mine passed away. I was told that after 30 days “the system can’t process a return,” which I honestly find hard to believe. It’s an excuse they’ve made up. Even so, a 2-day grace period under the circumstances would have been the compassionate thing to do. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this is the kind of treatment I receive. Very disappointing. Shame on them! Issue before this. I had purchased a tube of the shea cream and the tube starting to crack and the product was seeping out of the cracks . When I called customer service to tell them about this issue they offered me a $15 credit. On a high priced product, they should have replaced it. I won’t be purchasing from this crappy company again.

  I had the most amazing experience with the Store manager today! I had a specific budget and she helps me find the exact gift with lots of patience and kindness. Thank you Samantha Watson for the experience! Looking forward for my next visit!
