  I had such a good experience at this Sephora during my Beauty Services makeup appointment. Roya was so helpful and went beyond my expectations for the makeup look I wanted. She gave me exactly what I wanted with a look completely customized to my face. Would love to come back to Roya on a special occasion

  Very helpful and nice employees. I felt important being there customer, they gave me the attention I needed without rushing me to make decisions only gave me the information to make a choice later when I was ready.

  I always enjoy shopping at this Sephora location, conveniently located at Shops at Don Mills. The store is well organized, the staff are helpful, and overall I’ve had consistently positive experiences here. The one thing that always disappoints me, however, is the fragrance selection. This location doesn’t carry many of the more exclusive, selective and upscale fragrances that are available on the Sephora website. Whenever I want to purchase something more unique or high-end, I usually have to drive to the Sephora at Bayview Village instead. I would really love to see this location expand its fragrance department beyond the more mainstream perfumes that can easily be found at places like Shoppers Drug Mart. Introducing a stronger selection of niche, selective and luxury fragrances would make a significant difference and, in my opinion, elevate this Sephora location considerably. Considering the atmosphere and clientele of Shops at Don Mills, I think a more sophisticated fragrance selection would be a perfect fit for this store. Otherwise, it’s a great Sephora location and one I genuinely enjoy visiting. I just hope the fragrance department gets an upgrade in the future!

  The past 3 times I have been here, I stand in the line for 15+ minutes waiting for checkout. Not even busy at all, I’m always the first or second one in line. Workers no where to be found… considering how expensive everything is and how much money I’m spending, there shouldn’t be so much of a wait.

  I had such a lovely experience at Sephora thanks to Roya! She was honestly the sweetest and so helpful. She helped me pick out a colour corrector, and lip liner. She was so patient and sweet. She even shared some of the products she uses on her own curly hair, which I really appreciated! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about helping people find products that work for them!
