- ZAZara Abri5 days ago1.0This Sephora store used to be one of my favorite locations because of its excellent customer service. During my visit today, I was speaking with a Beauty Advisor who was helping me choose some products. In the middle of our conversation, the STORE MANAGER came over and told the Beauty Advisor to leave and help another customer instead. I found this very rude and disrespectful. It made me feel as though I didn't matter as a customer, even though I was already being assisted. I completely understand that other customers also need help, but there should have been a more respectful way to handle the situation without interrupting my experience.

She spent so much time helping me find exactly what I needed and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Ali was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about helping customers. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with my purchases. The day I visited, Sephora was also hosting a Summer Fridays event, and they customized my lip balm with a free charm. It was such a cute touch and perfect for summer! Little details like that made the experience even more special. If you’re visiting this Sephora location, I highly recommend asking for Ali. She is one of the best Beauty Advisors there, and I would honestly come back just to shop with her again. Thank you, Ali, for your outstanding service!✨🥰💖🫶🏽🍉

Today Katylian answered all my questions and found products that make me feel good and look amazing. She was so kind and sold me on so many products and never made me feel dumb for any basic makeup questions I had. It came out to almost $400 and I have zero regrets bc I truly trust her opinion.

She spent 30 minutes with me going in depth on my concerns and what I was looking for. She gave many recommendations but ultimately was very clear on what she thought would work best for me given my situation (18 months postpartum, breastfeeding, been out of the skincare game a long time). She is so lovely and was so helpful! And Hazel, if you’re reading this - the INNBeauty pads are AMAZING!!
