- SDSM Design2 days ago1.0This Sephora location seems to care only about making sales, but when it comes to actual customer service, it is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Especially with minor issues and exchanges, where many other stores are willing to make reasonable exceptions to ensure customer satisfaction and retain loyal customers, this store shows absolutely no flexibility. It feels like their only priority is hitting sales targets, not building long-term relationships with customers. Perhaps because they’re located in a boutique setting rather than a busy mall, they don’t feel the need to prioritize customer retention. Unfortunately, this lack of customer care is making loyal Sephora clients, including myself, question whether we want to continue bringing our business to Sephora at all.
