She was professional, empathetic and knowledgeable which was much appreciated. Her kind approach to her area of expertise is much appreciated!   I hate this location! Every time I ask some thing ? She turn her back ! The lady I ask for make up? It’s like she don’t want to be help! So ruin my day today ! I feel she turn me down because I look like , nothing .!!! I just want a make set or any she advice me To get ? Instead she turn her back .

  Belle was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about the products! I came in looking for my usual JVN products but unfortunately this location only carried 1 of the products I was looking for. Belle gave me a fantastic alternative with the amika: the wizard spray, that honestly works better than what I was using previously! She also spent time helping my mother pick hair products that would work for her as well and answered all her questions!

  This Sephora location seems to care only about making sales, but when it comes to actual customer service, it is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Especially with minor issues and exchanges, where many other stores are willing to make reasonable exceptions to ensure customer satisfaction and retain loyal customers, this store shows absolutely no flexibility. It feels like their only priority is hitting sales targets, not building long-term relationships with customers. Perhaps because they’re located in a boutique setting rather than a busy mall, they don’t feel the need to prioritize customer retention. Unfortunately, this lack of customer care is making loyal Sephora clients, including myself, question whether we want to continue bringing our business to Sephora at all.
