  Visited this sephora for the first time to buy my self some cologne and was welcomed right away by Sofia, she showed me all the type of fragrances and suggestions for popular colognes by men and wow was I impressed by this customer service, she was wonderful and delightful, would come back again just from that experience and buy more cologne ! Top notch

  I came in today to pick up an item, employees with long hair made me very uncomfortable, kept staring at me and whispering and giving me dirty looks! Disgusting behaviour

  I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora thanks to Umayma. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. You can really tell she loves what she does—she was smiling, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable. She helped me find the perfect foundation match for my skin tone, which is something I always struggle with, and she absolutely nailed it. I truly appreciate her expertise and warm approach. Thank you, Umayma, for making my visit so pleasant. You’re amazing!

  I had a disappointing experience at Sephora last night. The cashier who assisted me (curly blonde/brown hair. I couldn’t see her name because her hair was covering her name tag) was not professional at all. While I was still in the middle of my transaction, she began interacting with the next customer behind me in a loud and enthusiastic way before finishing with me. It felt like I was being ignored and that she didn’t care about the customer she was currently serving. She also didn’t say thank you at the end of my purchase. Basic courtesy and attention to the current customer should come first.
