- N2navjit 26015 days ago1.0I went there 3-4 times and TBH not all but there are some employees who act very kind and rolls their eyes at the same time, i mean how come they could be so fake? I felt very bad after visiting there. I prefer not to go there anymore.
- DLDarryl Lawrence6 days ago1.0Just stopped by to pick up a cream for my wife...service was the worst at this location compared to a mall. Asked an employee for assistance, they said they would check, but continued to stock shelves without asking anyone. Hillcrest mall has by far better staffing
- NTNou TabaJun 20, 20261.0Went for shopping and was wearing basic clothes, the tall bulky manager wearing suit was following all the way everywhere and telling other employees to keep an eye and it makes the whole shopping experience worse and at the end when I was buying all the items on my shopping basket the bill was 600 plus even the cashier was making fun saying wow you buying a lot of makeup u must be stocking all the makeup and also saying on the earphone to the manager yes she is buying everything. Like what kind of nonsense customer service is this , dnt judge a book by its cover, remember you guys are still basic hourly rate employees 😂 wearing makeup and running after clients to make sale and commission from that.

Please Sephora train ur employees to respect customers and train them how to behave!!!

Just called to get some help with the sephora challenge, and the girl who spoke to me was so attentive and answered all my questions! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name🌝 But I know that I always get the stress free experience, and accommodated💗
