  Very rude customer service .. I got charged for an item that they didnt even give it to me . Mistake happens but she didnt even said sorry! Very rude . Also I asked for my birthday gift cause its my birthday and she said oh u already got ur birthday gift on may! I showed her my ID mine is October and they still saying no u got it and u have to call customer service . So basically they were saying I am lying !! Finally they figured they were looking at wrong customer profile again not even a simple apology!!!! I was spending 700 dollars why would I even bother and lie for the stupid birthday gift !!!!! Very disappointing ..

  I really love Sephora and often place orders via the app or website, having shifted almost all of my purchases online. However, today (at 4:20 PM) I urgently needed a gift, and since there was no time to wait for delivery, I decided to stop by a retail store.The store itself was nearly empty, yet finding a beauty advisor on the floor turned out to be quite a challenge. In the end, I spent a long time looking around and choosing a lip gloss on my own. I finally chose one, but couldn't find it on the display, so I had to ask for help. I kept looking around until I finally approached a girl standing near the cash register. I needed help getting this specific Dior lip gloss that I liked. Unfortunately, the employee responded very coldly—it felt as though she was doing me a massive favor.In the end, I did get the lip gloss, but just waiting for the product took an unreasonably long time, even though there were no lines. At checkout, the entire interaction and service were handled with an incredibly dry attitude and a rather negative look.The only saving grace was at the very end: when I had already called a taxi and had just one minute left, I asked another beauty advisor for a specific makeup shade I wanted to test, and she kindly brought out samples for me.I sometimes visit physical stores just to test products before purchasing them online. However, every year I realize more and more that the offline service and the experience with retail staff are only getting more difficult. I truly wish loyal customers were always treated with more hospitality.

  Good service from friendly staff. Staff seem to have Very good knowledge of a variety of products. Lots of beauty products to choose from. Wide selection of top makeup lines. Become a member to keep in the loop with deals and get birthday gift. Located on busy plaza with lots of parking available. Wanted makeup services but found out you need to book online as there is NO in store booking or walk in services. Bummer. So book online and do it in advance cause weekends get busy. There mates up services prices are lower than other stores
