  Fairview Sephora customer service has gone down drastically over the years. I came to do a return I had 2 days left before the 30 day return policy, the cashier kept telling me I was past the 30 days kept going back and forth had to pull up my calendar and physically count the days for her…

  A girl's ( or guy's)make up and beauty paradise. Lots of popular brands of makeup available here. I love their sales events cause that's when you get the best deals. Knowledgeable staff to help with your product selection. Special shout out to Celia for helping me find the right product and for her wonderful customer service.   Today I try to tell ur staff about this instant eye firming cream I bought from ur store It was causing problems for my eyes. Rashes, super itchy skin folds appeared after a couple of applications. They saw what happened to my eyes n they won't help me bc I don't have the receipt. I got this product about one month ago n I took off for an overseas trip. I started using the product upon my return to Toronto. Problems arise after a couple of applications. The lady in black n hijab was not helpful n lied to me about not having this little sample containers to put some eye cream for me to try. I'm not gonna spent another $50+ to buy something without trying it first. When I bought the cream in question the sales lady sweared the cream won't cause any problems Ur store appeared to be not so customer friendly n don't stand by "customer satisfaction". No more buying from Sephora. Btw I was in Hongkong n bought a lot from ur store there. They gave me samples for traveling without asking, I never experienced this kinda service with Sephora Canada.

  Avoid this location at all costs if you’re Black or Brown. The staff openly racially profile shoppers. During my visit, employees followed me around the store and even got their coworkers to do the same, assuming I was stealing just because of my skin color. They tried to act natural, but it was incredibly obvious and uncomfortable. It’s disgusting to judge whether someone is shoplifting based entirely on how they look.What makes this so disappointing is that I’m a loyal, frequent Sephora shopper and a Rouge member. To be treated with this much disrespect and bias is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I had the choice.

  Absolute worst customer service received from one of the employees at this location, not only did he not greet me or make direct eye contact with me but he also laughed in my face and rolled his eyes at me because I had two accounts linked to my phone number, and showed the cash screen and my accounts to the coworker next to him in order to get a reaction out of them and laugh…. And then he proceeded to not ask me if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed and when I asked if I could also receive the printed receipt he said that it’s too late now, and that he couldn’t do anything about the mistake HE made.
