Whenever we asked questions, she appeared annoyed, made unfriendly facial expressions, and did not respond in a helpful or respectful manner. What was most upsetting was that other customers seemed to be treated much more warmly and politely. As a result, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome during my visit. I hope management addresses these concerns

They clearly did not want to assist, made no effort to help, and acted like helping customers was a burden. I came in expecting basic assistance and received none at all. If you work in customer service, the bare minimum should be being willing to help people. Very frustrating experience and definitely not welcoming.
