  I recently stopped at my local Sephora to get some hair care products , i was greeted warmly by Sephora reps. Melina was very kind and attentive to all my question and concerns and she gave me very professional advice regarding different products. She also was gave me couple of samples of new products to try before committing to full size products , thanks Malina !

  It's amazing how many poor reviews and 1-star ratings and customer feedback is given for this particular location and yet whomever actually owns and operates this store, just chooses to ignore it and continues to keep hiring the most ignorant low hanging fruit as their employees. The people who work there are rude and absolutely lazy, with the exception of the British or Australian lady, who is a new face, she is actually great.—How about hiring several more like her, which will automatically fix the issue most of your customers are regularly having at this location. I mean, why would you want to pay for employees who stand around and gossip with each other and don't do their job? It truly is an easy fix... it's not hard to just have better standards for your store, that's all.

  Felt the need to leave a review after leaving very disappointed and judged! Went into the store, was not greeted. Tried to find my way around for the items I wanted to purchase. I finally asked for help and was pointed in the direction of where one of the items I was inquiring about. I still could not find it the item and looked for an associate to help me. I came around one associate not sure what her name was (no name tag). Red liquid lipstick on. Asked if she can help me find a few items that was saved in my app cart. She did not seem to want to help but escorted me to direction the hair product I needed was. Did not show me where it was, told me its here. She stated someone will come and help you. Why would she need someone to come and help me find several items I needed when I initially went to her for help. Associate Page saw me and asked if I was doing ok. She then proceeded to help me find all my items and was very pleasant Proceeded to the check out. Rola was the one who rang me out. Did not greeted me nor after the transaction said anything. Handed my receipt and it was left as that. Very disappointed with this location.

  I used to love shopping at this location however not anymore. There is always a ton of staff standing around but never doing too much or they are talking to each other. I needed help today with a product but two staff members just stood there with very to little input. I asked about different shades etc and its like they could not be bothered to actually assist. I find it super disappointing as I have been a repeat customer here since it opened. I guess I will just take my business to the Pen or the Niagara outlets.

  🙏🏾Amazing store that has everything especially that hair pick I want so I can pick my hair without the hair pick breaking. The hair pick that Tracee Ellis Ross made that one I love even way better than the hair picks out there that breaks. The people there are so respectful, kind, helpful, have a big heart also they appreciate others including everyone that stops by! Im gonna stop by for sure and check on the people there then buy that hair pick I been wanting😂😁🥹🙏🏾💯.
