- NNNo Name3 days ago5.0CAN I TALK TO YOU ABOUT ANDY THE MAKEUP ARTIST. I have never looked better. I told her I was going to be sweaty and crying… and this girl said… bet. And that make up DID NOT MOVE. I went swimming I was in a greenhouse, I cried you name it. IT DID NOT BUDGE. On top of everything I came in with a time limit, and this girl was able to finish everything with two minutes to spare. I must have thrown 25 suggestions and changes at her a minute and not once did she make me feel difficult or demanding, the professionalism and care she showed calmed me on what was a stressful day. Andy, I hope both sides of your pillow are cold every night, I hope you get tips for breathing and a raise. Thank you for making me feel beautiful and special on one of the most important days of my life. Thank you sincerely Andy, thank you so much.

We inquired about several products that were explicitly marked as not for sale in the store, despite their visible presence.
- AMAiza MalikJun 21, 20261.0I have never seen so much disrespect at an establishment. My mom goes to Sephora frequently and loves makeup. She was testing a small amount of foundation on her hand and applied some on her face to match the shade. The manger comes up to her and assumed she was overusing it, saying “don’t apply it on your entire face” abruptly. It was shocking. I could not believe a manager could make such an assumption without proper observation, let alone speak to a customer, especially one who is just testing a sampler! I recommend avoiding this extremely unprofessional location.
