- CCChandniApr 26, 20261.0Neisha at Upper Canada Mall Sephora, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. After I pointed out that the tester for a Merit lipstick was missing, instead of assisting, she brushed me off by saying there’s a “process” to replace it and walked away. There was zero effort to help—just a condescending attitude and complete indifference. Neisha’s negative behaviour ruined what should have been a pleasant shopping experience. Even after feedback was raised, there was no change in her condescending attitude. This is unacceptable behavior for anyone in customer service. I escalated the issue to the store manager, Lauren. Neisha claimed she didn’t realize I wanted to test the product—which was disingenuous and doesn’t justify her behavior. I’ve left my contact information and I am still waiting for a follow-up after Lauren speaks with Neisha’s manager. Experiences like this reflect poorly on the brand. Staff who treat customers this way should not be in customer-facing roles.
