  My fiancé and I came here to look for a gift for my mother-in-law for her birthday and we’re having no such luck. While looking at The Ordinary, Danika came over and offered us her assistance and saved us! I asked her about products to help with hair loss and she found two and gave us thorough instructions on how to use them and then kindly cashed us out. She was the absolute best! So friendly and so helpful! She was extremely knowledgeable in the products and I think she may be a mindreader! After we gave my MiL her gift she told us THAT morning she almost bought the exact same product as she saw it on TikTok, but the Sephora closest to her was out of stock. She was absolutely thrilled that we got those products for her. Thank you Danika for your help it was truly appreciated! Definitely will be back!

  Worst sephora i been to. Tester strips were cut up peices of paper haha so ghetto. Empty bottles. Both killians angel share on the rocks Empty, armani intensely Empty. Absolutely ghetto location in a rich area.

  I’ve been shopping at Sephora for years and have never had customer service issues until today. I made a purchase of several items at this location a couple of days ago and expected the 15% off offer Sephora had sent me to be applied through my account. I was in a rush and didn’t check the receipt, when I looked at it at home the offer had not been applied by the store associate. I was at the mall today and asked for the adjustment to be applied to this order through my account. The store manager didn’t help and requested the items to be brought back for a return and exchange for the offer to be applied. I pointed out that the offer says it can be used in store and the client must be logged in to an insider account meaning the offer would be linked in the account. The manager didn’t have anything to reply but continued insisting the only way was to bring the items back without apologizing or recognizing the discrepancy. Hope this provides a learning opportunity in customer service.

  I always shop at this location, and everyone here is absolutely amazing! However, Kamellia truly stands out. She has always been incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Kamellia you’ll be in great hands! I’m sure she’ll make your shopping experience just as wonderful as mine 💕

  I have been a loyal customer of Sephora for years and never had a problem with them untill today. I purchased a giftcard from this location a while back, never used it or even opened it. When I was trying to use it for an online shopping it did not have the balance it was supposed to. I went to the store, they said it was used on so and so date, which was not the case. The customer service I had to talk to on the phone from the store! had an accent and I couldn't understand half of his words. He kept repeating that they couldn't do anything about it. It was not a huge amount or anything but it was frustrating to experience such poor customer service. The supervisor on the floor then just brushed my frustration off by telling me I needed to call the customer service and ask for an investigation!!! I try to not shop there again. DO BETTER SEPHORA!
