I got followed around the hair section, the skincare section and the fragrance section after I told them multiple times I don’t need help. Im wearing earbuds does that mean don’t talk to me? Following customers is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable and just weird behaviour. Why don’t you guys harass the homeless people and teens that come and steal??? But no you choose to harass someone who’s a rouge member and spend thousands. like why don’t you spend that time wiping down the dirty testers instead of making assumptions. Worst Sephora location by FAR do not recommend. Don’t even bother wasting ur time here

She knew the products gave me samples to try and I ended up accidentally forgetting the samples at the store. When I came back in later that week, she was there and had put them aside for me. She went above and beyond and was the most helpful!

This is the second time I received terrible experience at this store and I thought I’d share it. I’m very disappointed as I had been coming to the store for almost 3 years now.

I’m so done with Sephora, literally tired of shopping here it’s exhausting not getting the help you need and being treated like crap when you’re constantly spending hundreds of dollars.
