  I had such an incredible experience at LUSH Upper Canada Mall Newmarket location that I felt like I had to share it. My drive to get here is about an hour and a half, but after this visit, I can honestly say I'll be coming back to this specific LUSH store every time-it's completely worth it. Laura, who helped me, was absolutely amazing❤️ She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic. I came in with a list of items I wanted, and she not only helped me find everything and more, but she made the whole experience feel fun and effortless. She really knows her products and gave me some fantastic recommendations that I'm already obsessed with. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was-she even made me some samples to try, which I absolutely LOVE. I already know I'll be coming back to buy even more soon! On top of that, the whole entire staff was so friendly and helpful ❤️ The store itself is stunning— beautifully set up, warm, and inviting. Everyone was so personable, and you could truly tell that they love what they do. It didn't feel like a typical shopping trip— it’s like visiting family or friends. It's been a long time since I've had a store experience this memorable. The customer service was nostalgic in the best way, and I left feeling so happy. Thank you to Laura and the whole team for making it so special! ❤️

  I just want to share and Thank Eiffe for going above and beyond. She was so helpful in helping us choose the right products for a new mom who is also breast feeding. She went above and beyond for looking up the ingredients for soaps that would not be harmful to not only the baby but would not affect the breast milk either. She then wrapped the box and placed everything with care inside and finished off with a wonderful bow and tag. If you’re looking for that special gift for a new mom LUSH is the place to go. Moms need pampering as well!

  My daughter and I visited the Lush store at Upper Canada Mall, and we had such a wonderful experience. Jasmine was incredibly kind and welcoming. She brought out different bubble bath testers and kept my daughter happily engaged, turning our visit into a fun and memorable time for her. Thank you, Jasmine, for your warmth and for going above and beyond to make our experience so special. We truly appreciate it. Also, a big thank you to the Lush team at Upper Canada Mall for creating such a friendly and enjoyable environment.
