  What an incredible experience at Lush! We brought my daughter and a some of her friends to celebrate her birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it such a special outing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest welcome and the most amazing customer service, something that’s genuinely hard to find these days. Every team member was so friendly, patient, and engaging with the girls. They took the time to answer all of their questions, helped them choose products they would love, and explained what each product was, including how Lush uses more natural ingredients. The girls loved learning about everything, and the staff made the whole experience so much fun! You could tell they genuinely cared about making each child feel included and excited. They never rushed us and made everyone feel so welcome. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday celebration so memorable. It’s experiences like this that keep people coming back. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a fun, welcoming shopping experience!

  I came to this location recently to make a few purchases - Rain was so helpful and was able to explain more about the products I purchased and showed me where everything was, he definitely took the time to help and it was gratefully appreciated. Effy at the cash was also very helpful and kind in explaining the app which I downloaded! I will definitely be back and this will be my go to location because of the great customer service it was an enjoyable experience!

  Anna and Aussie Laura were absolutely amazing! They helped me find what I was looking for and explained how certain scents can change based on your body chemistry. They even advised me to leave the store for a bit so I can wait for the scent to soak in a bit and I just had to come back and purchase it because it was so good! (Snow Fairy Body Glitter Spray) They were both super kind and both provided absolutely amazing customer service. This location is truly lucky to have such amazing sales reps such as Anna and Laura and I hope they hold onto them as long as they can. As long as they are both there I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis. An absolutely amazing first experience at this Lush location in Upper Canada Mall and they both truly went above and beyond (even helped me feel better after having a really hard day). Their patience and kindness truly knows no bounds. If you can, please please PLEASE support this location and these two amazing girls! Thank you again!

  I had such an incredible experience at LUSH Upper Canada Mall Newmarket location that I felt like I had to share it. My drive to get here is about an hour and a half, but after this visit, I can honestly say I'll be coming back to this specific LUSH store every time-it's completely worth it. Laura, who helped me, was absolutely amazing❤️ She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic. I came in with a list of items I wanted, and she not only helped me find everything and more, but she made the whole experience feel fun and effortless. She really knows her products and gave me some fantastic recommendations that I'm already obsessed with. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was-she even made me some samples to try, which I absolutely LOVE. I already know I'll be coming back to buy even more soon! On top of that, the whole entire staff was so friendly and helpful ❤️ The store itself is stunning— beautifully set up, warm, and inviting. Everyone was so personable, and you could truly tell that they love what they do. It didn't feel like a typical shopping trip— it’s like visiting family or friends. It's been a long time since I've had a store experience this memorable. The customer service was nostalgic in the best way, and I left feeling so happy. Thank you to Laura and the whole team for making it so special! ❤️
