  Went there twice and I found two of the girls working there very rude and not helpful at all

  This location has very bad staff members not to mention the new sexuirty guard man/ woman not sure what gender it was but was walking around saying i cant wait to arrest someone making the customers uncomfortable. Please chose better staff not everyone is there to steal.

  Great location and perfect if you know exactly what you’re buying but service is terrible. The beautify advisor was in such a rush (there were only two other customers in store) and she mismatched me 4 shades too dark. Walked away saying she would be right back but never returned. With some trial and error, I figured out my shade.

  I came originally only for my birthday gift but I decided to browse for a bit as I have been meaning to check out a few products that I’ve been eyeing on the app. I was welcomed and kindly asked if I needed help by multiple associates which was very appreciated and continued browsing. I found some mini’s of the items I wanted to try so I grabbed those and also a new palette. The store was clean and easy to navigate with a great setup of featured items. I did make a return for a couple items which the advisor who helped me complete that I didn’t get her name but she seemed annoyed with me for making the return and even corrected me because my reason for the return was one of the items has a smell I can’t tolerate and she rudely said “well it’s because it’s natural that’s why it smells like this so it’s fragrance free” but it’s not fragrance free if the fragrance is wet clay haha !! regardless she wasn’t pleasant but oh well some people have bad days I got my return and moved on. However my highlight was the service given to me by the sweetest joyful worker named Ugbad, she was so helpful interactive upon checkout and helping pick my birthday item, she asked about my birthday plans for rest of the day and even threw in some samples in the bag for me which I did not ask for but was surprised to discover at home. I asked for her name specifically to leave a review because I was having a bit of a slow mediocre birthday but her bright and cheerful attitude picked me up and left an impression with me and my husband and completely overshadowed the slightly Stand offish attitude of the other employee. Ugbad is the best example of customer service someone can give. Thank you so much Ugbad
