  I’ve been to many Sephora locations and was excited when this one opened closer to home, but unfortunately my first experience was very disappointing. I was greeted when I entered, but was not asked what I was there for. I also noticed three employees standing together gossiping about a coworker instead of assisting customers such as myself. I was looking for concealer and foundation, and multiple employees told me they didn’t know how to match deeper complexions. Instead, I was left to test shades myself. Once I had products in my hand, however, they were very quick to give me their names and ask me to mention them at checkout. This happened more than once and made it feel like getting credit for the sale mattered more than actually helping me. It’s disappointing that a retailer as large as Sephora has employees who openly say they don’t know how to match deeper skin tones or understand undertones. The employee who checked me out was more helpful, but even she suggested I go to the Rideau Centre location for better assistance and selection. I ended up returning the product because it was not the correct match. I would only return if I already knew exactly what I needed. Otherwise, I’ll continue shopping online or visit another Sephora location.

  During my last visit, the employee, Ashley, couldn't have been any better! She greeted me warmly the moment I walked into the store and genuinely wanted to help me find my match. She was very nice, took her time helping me, and made sure I was happy with the selected products. She really made what could have been a stressful experience for me super smooth and easy. Thanks so much Ashley!

  Hands down, the BEST Sephora I have ever visited! ❤️ I genuinely want to take a moment to appreciate the entire team at this location. Every single staff member I have interacted with has been incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and helpful. What I appreciate the most is that no matter how busy the store is, the staff are NEVER rude, dismissive, or make you feel like you are bothering them. They always greet you with a smile and are happy to help, whether you are making a big purchase or simply looking for advice. And a HUGE appreciation to the manager! You can truly tell that great leadership makes a difference here. The way the team treats customers, works together, and maintains such a positive environment says a lot about the management. Honestly, the manager deserves a RAISE and some serious recognition for creating such a wonderful team! 👏🏻❤️ I have been to several Sephora locations, but this team stands out by far. The customer service, professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help are exceptional. I always leave this store feeling happy and appreciated as a customer. Please recognize and appreciate this entire team because they truly deserve it. This is exactly what excellent customer service should look like! 💕✨ I will definitely continue coming back to this location. Thank you to the entire team for always being so wonderful!

  Disappointing experience compared to other Sephora locations. Usually I'm greeted right at the door, but this time no one acknowledged me or offered help the entire visit. The cashier seemed annoyed when I checked out, which didn't leave a great impression. On the plus side, the store itself was clean and nicely laid out — it felt more open and airy than other Sephora locations I've been to, and I wasn't hit with an overwhelming wall of perfume the second I walked in, which I appreciated. Hoping this was just an off day for the staff, since the space itself has real potential.
