  During my last visit, the employee, Ashley, couldn't have been any better! She greeted me warmly the moment I walked into the store and genuinely wanted to help me find my match. She was very nice, took her time helping me, and made sure I was happy with the selected products. She really made what could have been a stressful experience for me super smooth and easy.   Hands down, the BEST Sephora I have ever visited! ❤️ I genuinely want to take a moment to appreciate the entire team at this location. Every single staff member I have interacted with has been incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and helpful. What I appreciate the most is that no matter how busy the store is, the staff are NEVER rude, dismissive, or make you feel like you are bothering them. They always greet you with a smile and are happy to help, whether you are making a big purchase or simply looking for advice. And a HUGE appreciation to the manager! You can truly tell that great leadership makes a difference here. The way the team treats customers, works together, and maintains such a positive environment says a lot about the management. Honestly, the manager deserves a RAISE and some serious recognition for creating such a wonderful team! 👏🏻❤️ I have been to several Sephora locations, but this team stands out by far. The customer service, professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help are exceptional. I always leave this store feeling happy and appreciated as a customer. Please recognize and appreciate this entire team because they truly deserve it. This is exactly what excellent customer service should look like! 💕✨ I will definitely continue coming back to this location. Thank you to the entire team for always being so wonderful!

  Disappointing experience compared to other Sephora locations. Usually I'm greeted right at the door, but this time no one acknowledged me or offered help the entire visit. The cashier seemed annoyed when I checked out, which didn't leave a great impression. On the plus side, the store itself was clean and nicely laid out — it felt more open and airy than other Sephora locations I've been to, and I wasn't hit with an overwhelming wall of perfume the second I walked in, which I appreciated. Hoping this was just an off day for the staff, since the space itself has real potential.

  This location is 5 minutes away from my home, this was my first time there (came before closing, but they were nice about us coming in) i felt a little rushed, but the staff at cash were lovely, will definitely come back!!🤍🤍

  My mom and I walked in, and were looking around for numerous products from different brands. Now typically, whenever I enter a sephora someone always asks if I need help (especially if I am wandering aisles looking confused when finding something). There was a group of girls working who were huddled right in front of the store (1 meter from the door), giggling and chatting really loud about gossip in their own lives. Don't get me wrong, I understand you need a break sometimes, but they kept looking. at us and looking away and continuing to talk really loud. Other customers were also wandering around but 3-4 employees seemed too busy to help- even if we were literally walking directly in front of them they didn't stop. I'm giving 2 stars though because 1 other employee helped us at the very end.
