He was told by one cashier that he could, and then another told him it’s against policy and that I’d have to come in, and then he was suddenly told to leave the store? Not sure what is wrong with this location but the staff have always been extremely rude and unhelpful. Going to be going to Sephora HQ at this point to complain.
