  Every time i go in I see the manager and what seems to be possibly an assistant manager. They both look so miserable, never smiles. They are often not done up. This is not Walmart! Where is the makeup code? Where is the customer service smile? I just did a return and was served by Khamar. She looked like she didnt want to do my return!!! Miserable look on her face. Did not make me feel welcomed! It's ok i'm done with Barrhaven trash employees! I will drive to Bayshore any time moving forward...

  Had a very bad experience with Wadaa I think that was her name if not her description is a bigger south Asian or Arab hijabi lady, I was first being helped with this very nice man very knowledgeable very helpful 10/10 experience with him, with Wadaa not good at all, first she was recommended hair products for me then the second hair product she was showing me she was yelling very loud at me since I asked a question about the product she was very rude to me since I didn’t agree with her recommendation, she had a lot of attitude, and I eventually got fed up her attitude, and I told her I don’t need her help anymore. She worked in the hair section and the man told her to help me out since it wasn’t his expertise, she was acting really nice when he was there and when he left she changed her Attitude, I’m not sure if the man was a manager or a higher up, but that was very unprofessional of Wadaa. And after she left I saw her going to her other co workers, and overheard her talking about us, I usually do not write reviews but this really made me uncomfortable, if the manager would like to check the cameras and review what happened I’d appreciate it and if you’d monitored your employees as well,

  Hilda was great to work with. She was knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions, and helped me find products that were a good fit without trying to upsell me or push me into buying things I didn’t need. I really appreciated her honest recommendations and how comfortable she made the whole experience!

  I had a wonderful experience. I went to go get my eyebrows done for the first time and I was really nervous but the woman who did them explained the entire thing to me and was super kind during the entire process. She put a lot of effort into making sure that my eyebrows matched my face and in the end she did such an amazing job.
