Sold out of everything I went there for, a younger girl was helping & found an alternative to what was sold out then went on her break as instructed by Mina. I couldn’t find the item on the floor & asked Mina the manager if she could locate it, she checked and said it was sold out, frustrated I walked away, she didn’t offer any other alternatives or to help pick up where the young lady left off

Honestly, this was the worst Sephora experience I’ve ever had. The staff were completely unhelpful and unprofessional. They didn’t assist at all and just told me to look around myself. When I asked for a foundation test, they didn’t guide me and showed no care. Their attitude was very disappointing and unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this location.
It was interesting to see that many of these comments mentioned the same issues I experienced, especially about rude and unprofessional staff. However, it seems like nothing has been addressed, as the situation is still the same.

I took my daughter to this location tonight, and she was really excited to use her gift cards. She approached an employee for help finding the right products for her skin tone and a proper color match, but the response she received was rude and dismissive. The employee simply told her to go pick a brand herself, which was unhelpful and confusing.
We then went to the checkout and asked the cashier if someone could assist us. The cashier kindly stepped in and began helping my daughter, which we appreciated. However, the same employee returned and interrupted, stating that the person assisting us was “just a cashier” and that any questions about makeup should be directed to a beauty specialist. The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional, and it left a negative impression on what should have been an enjoyable experience for my daughter.
I visited this location today and was very disappointed with the customer service. I also had to wait an unusually long time at the cash counter because the service was extremely slow. I’ve never experienced this at any other Sephora location — even the much busier Square One store provides faster and more efficient service. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Sephora.
I also asked for help choosing a serum, and although someone was sent to assist me, I didn’t feel properly helped or guided in selecting the right product for my skin concerns. The experience felt rushed and unhelpful.
I’ve visited many Sephora stores before and have always had positive experiences, which is why this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a negative review. That alone reflects how disappointing this visit was for me.
Not impressed. I came in today to return two products this morning. The cashier at the counter with long black curly hair I believe her name is Noora is rude. I am a regular shopper at Sephora and I never been interrogated when returning items. The policy clearly states I can return even if it’s gently used. I purchased it online and showed her online number she tells me to read her the number I assume because she is lazy and can’t read it herself. She then starts asking me all these questions about whether I used it, when I used it, did I open it. Then her repeats her questions again. She opened and can see it was gently used. Clearly she has no customer service skills and perhaps should read over the Sephora policy. She also kept staring at my lips to see what lipstick I had on if it was the one being returned. This was the worst experience ever.
I have been to Square One location and never had issues there. I will be going there.
