  Teresa from the fragrance section was super super helpful. I needed a birthday gift set and she helped me with picking one while showing me the different milliliters and all of that. Then, she proceeded to help me at the cashier. Honestly, I might just come to this store only to shop and see her. Thank you Teresa!!

  Raveena the operations manager was so friendly. She helped me find the shades i was looking for, and also recommended me a setting spray based off my needs. I had a warm and friendly experience from this location. (edit) this has become my go-to location, mariah/maria was so sweet and welcoming. this place always makes me feel like i’m shopping with friends.

  Chanel is an extremely unprofessional employee at the Erin Mills location. She was cashing me out and did not greet me as a client, make eye contact with me, or initiate the conversation. I went to go pick up an online order, Chanel was chatting amongst her coworker about a ‘product training’ & left mid transaction!!!!! Luckily a nice gentlemen helped me out as he was helping another customer out - he noticed that I was frustrated with the employee leaving so abruptly. Another employee brought out my online order & that’s when Chanel comes back. She starts belittling her in front of all the customers, Chanel was second guessing the employees ability to scan the order out of the system, aggressively says “show me” & grabs the device out of the girls hand.. super unprofessional to act that way to both myself & the employee. She needs some serious training.

  Went there to get a new foundation as colour matched as I’m never sure which foundation is best for my skin tone. As I walked in the person said hello but then completely ignored me even tho I was looking very confused in front of where she was. Someone else helped me but again I don’t feel like I was truly listened to and got the wrong foundation for my skin tone. I’m very pale and have very roses cheeks. Then when I was looking at cleansing wipes I get called a man A MAN I’m far from a man nor do I look like one and then she insisted on continuing to touch me when I told her to stop.
