  How come they don’t have shiseido sunscreen which is on 100 points. Lady at the counter mentioned that it varies from store to store. I never had this experience when a point product varies from store to store. If it’s out of stock that’s understandable but it varies from store to store is a new thing. I am aware that some products like Gucci lipsticks etc are not in each store and that’s acceptable but for products with points , that’s different

  Wanted to express thanks to Phi after she helped both my wife and daughter. Came in with my daughter one visit. Being a teenager, she was struggling with skin, acne. Phi was patient, kind, and really took her time building my daughter a skin routine. The products actually worked! After weeks of use, we saw such an improvement in my daughter’s skin, and her confidence. About 6-8 weeks later, I accompanied my wife to get her makeup done. I was happy to see Phi waiting for my wife at the studio section. I was delighted when I returned, as the makeup was beautiful, and my wife loved it. She later said Phi was so nice and really took her time. Big thanks Phi.

  I got my Full Face Make up Servicw twice from Sephora but different locations. 1st full face makeup was from Sephore in Milton done by by beauty Advisor Maide M. She did a phenomenal Job on my patchy pigmented face. I told her that I am a nursing mom so my skin is really dry and patchy these days. So she did all accordingly. Without a doubt my makeup stayed on for the entire night without creasing. Milton Sephora definitely recommended. Shade matched: 10/10 Eye makeup subtle yet glow: 10/10 Easy going advisor: 10/10 Good listener: 10/10 NO judging on Skin tone: 10/10 Good Products: 10/10

  I came in not really knowing what I needed, and Noha completely turned my visit around. She took the time to understand my skin/style, gave honest recommendations instead of just pushing the most expensive stuff, and every product she picked has become a staple in my routine. Patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to shop with — ask for her by name. 5 stars, no notes!

  Noha is absolutely amazing! She’s always on top of her work, incredibly professional, and consistently delivers perfect results. I actually followed her all the way from her Oakville location because she’s that good, and now I come to Erin Mills just for her. She always takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and every product i need she helps me with. and makes sure I leave completely satisfied. If you’re looking for the best, I highly recommend asking Noha—you won’t be disappointed!
