  Came in on Thursday at noon to browse sunscreens and I was approached by a very helpful staff member during my visit. I mentioned that I’m looking for one with a minimal white cast because I understand mineral sunscreens cannot be completely invisible. She was able to recommend and help me test two that she liked and followed up with how I liked each one. I didn’t get her name but her service is fantastic & she was very attentive. Keep up the awesome work!

  Anita was so kind, funny and helpful! She went out of her way to help me and made my experience informative, comfortable and worthwhile. I am so looking forward to using the products she recommended to me.

  I had very worst experience with their team member Nadine, she was super rude, arrogant and be like I don’t if you are our customer this is closing time and exit is right over there!! Excuse me I know where is exit but be polite, have some basic etiquette of customer service.

  I got my make up done by Zuha for an event and she was extremely helpful and kind. My make up lasted ALL night and was EVEN BETTER than the inspo pictures. I was asked about it ALL night long and felt beautiful. 10/10 recommend and did to everyone. Will be coming back to her!

  Honestly, the energy at this location is so negative. People from all walks of life enter this store, and if your staff cannot make customers feel welcomed, or at the very least respected, why are they working in customer service? Some of the staff come across as lazy, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. If working at Sephora is just about putting on a full beat, showing up, and acting bothered when someone asks for help, then half the customers walking in meet the criteria lol. And I’m sorry, pretty girls are NOT rude. I asked two employees to help me find a bronzer shade and was told, “Whatever’s out on display is all we got.” Minutes later, I asked someone else who actually bothered to check and found the exact shade in the drawer. Like? It wasn’t out of stock, someone just couldn’t be bothered to look. I honestly wish I’d gotten their names, but by that point I couldn’t even be bothered. I just wanted to get out of the store lol. Maybe less energy should go toward looking annoyed that customers are in the store and more toward actually helping them. A full face of makeup can be beautiful, but unfortunately it cannot conceal terrible customer service.
