  Here I am with another review about service. Two weeks ago I came into the heartland location and had an issue. Because of good leadership, my experience was turned into a good one and I made a purchase. Today I went into make another purchase. I asked for sample of foundation. I simply, asked can the sample be enough to cover my entire, face, one-time use as I am having trouble with finding the correct colour for my skin tone. The vendor rolled her eyes at me and redirected me to Priscilla, manager who was quick to roll her eyes at me regarding my request. I felt extremely uncomfortable, quickly informing her that I spend money here and I was just looking for assistance. She made me feel like I was a thief or begging. What a horrible feeling. If that's the experience that I can expect from.the manager perhaps this speaks volumes to why the service in staff has declined. The make up experience is supposed to be fun, uplifting. It seems to feel less and less like that at Heartland.

  Aatikah was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend her. Thank you, Aatikah!

  They’re always out of birthday gifts for August. Every single year I’m left to choose the garbage no one else wants. The only thing I had the option to pick was a 5 ml k18 tube which wouldn’t even coat my bangs. Didn’t even bother getting it because it’s a waste of product and packaging. I’ve checked in all throughout the month and they haven’t restocked any of the birthday gifts, nor do they give samples at checkout.

  Had an amazing experience with Lexi at the store today! I usually get overwhelmed with so many options, but she was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She gave me great advice and made the whole experience feel easy and personal. I’ve never had a staff member at this store be so approachable and attentive before. I’ll definitely be coming back to Lexi for more advice! Thank you, Lexi, for being so kind, patient, and helpful! ⭐️

  I rarely write reviews but I wanted to share my amazing experience at Sephora. I walked in barely knowing anything about make up. If you are looking for someone who cares, takes their time getting to know you and your skin needs/goals, I highly recommend Lexi. My experience was incredible from start to finish. I asked her for some product recommendations as I’m just getting into makeup, looking for something natural and beginner friendly. She took the time to know my skin, give me options, try them on me to see what looked and felt best, demonstrated how to use everything. She was with me for 30 minutes trying different products, tools, shades, running back and forth for testers, nobody else has ever done that for me especially with Sephora being so busy. She is caring, kind, down to earth, genuine, very knowledgeable, and makes you feel instantly comfortable. She encouraged me to come back if I ever needed anything. I promise you, you will not be disappointed! She is fantastic and I will only be going to see her for any make up or skin care needs. That was the most positive, happy, enjoyable, easy, Sephora experience I’ve ever had I will definitely be returning. She is an angel, thank you Lexi! 🩷
