  My experience at Sephora was horrendous today. I waited in line with at least $100 worth of products and once I reached the front, the employee who was checking out my products left and never returned. The employee beside her was unfortunately oblivious to my situation as customers were checked out beside me. And 5 minutes later, both check outs had no employees and the somewhat long line waited as employees were working at the sample booths around the store. I had left with zero items, unbelievably rude service, and once returning to check the line situation 25 more minutes later, found the line had not moved.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Britney, the manager, recommended Glow Recipe products for my skin, and after using them, my skin became much worse. When I went back for help, she apologized and then strongly recommended Skinfix, saying that she and her team use it and that it works great. Unfortunately, that product made my skin even worse. When I returned to ask for a refund, I was told that they could not take it back. I don’t understand why I should keep a product that is damaging my skin. Instead of helping customers find a solution, the management was dismissive and unhelpful. The managers here need to take more responsibility for the recommendations they make. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this location based on the customer service I received.

  Sephora puts people’s returned unsealed items back on shelf, that is beyond disgusting. They don’t care about hygiene, I know this for a fact because it was confirmed by the store manager Brittany, that it’s Sephoras store policy.

  This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Sephora store. The staff member was not helpful and seemed dismissive of my questions. Instead of providing assistance, she gave me unfriendly looks and did not offer the guidance I was seeking. The cashier was also unprofessional. Rather than focusing on the transaction, she corrected my grammar, which made me feel self-conscious and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of my language skills.

  I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Lexi today in store and had such a great experience! She was so knowledgeable about products and their chemical makeups, and gave me a few samples for products that she knew wouldn’t break me out since she has similar skin issues. She was also super kind to my dog and patient with me through running back and forth for a few testers, and literally shade matched me perfectly by eye 4 times. I can’t thank her enough!! I left that experience so happy and knowing I just had to leave a review. I hope I can get her as a beauty stylist every time.
